Pilot Travel Center, Salome AZ

This place has gone down hill so fast. Restrooms are filthy and gas pump area is gross. So sad as this is our stop at least twice a month on our drives.

I reserved my shower with app, while it shows available, once I get in the shower was not available actually + lot of time wasted, not professional

I reserved shower thro the App showing me you’re first on the list but when I get in employe said you need to wait one hour because we don’t have employees to clean the shower this is ridiculous

Bathroom was a bit nasty, but it only takes a couple people to do this. Clean up after yourself and stop using water bottles in toilet, damn. If you don't want toilet paper go out into the field, not yard and use your bottle.
No honey, out of a couple coffees and the half n half.

Popped in for fuel and coffee. No complaints with either. Cashier was friendly and pleasant.

So no pj fresh soup, but subway! Sooo many flies. The kid behind the counter refused to sub ham for bacon on my sandwich. This place goes on the never stop list, and I run I10 A LOT.

6 PM, It’s my first time here and was thinking hard about stopping based on its previous reviews. But like a movie, you must see it for yourself. Don’t judge a location based on reviews. Experience it yourself and make your own opinion. This whole facility appears to have been newly remodeled. That’s how clean it is. The restrooms are huge and very clean. The staff was kind, courteous, and very helpful.

Excellent location to enter and exit, I-10 exit 45, variety of fast foods, clean bathrooms, friendly treatment of the serving staff, souvenirs, hot and cold drinks, etc.

This is my first time that I stop here and my last too
Because I get fuel after I go for a shower and the machine doesn’t print my ticket and say problem to print go to the kiosk
I went there did my line when was my turn I say a young white skinny guy about the problem he say he doesn’t see nothing I try to explain and he just continue with the people on the line and I was waiting there after 5 minutes I ask him come to fix the problem and he say I have to wait until he finish with all people and I ask for the manager and he answer was him then I have to wait there until he finish with all people in lane like I was soliciting something and not my right

Store is clean and decent but staff I dealt with today at about 1150-noon 3/18/23 a whole different story.

It was a Hispanic lady. Looked like the manager. Rude, snarky and trying to force people to use the self checkouts. Even when staff was up front at the regular registers.

Unprofessional attitude and sarcastic when people declined.

As long as she keeps that up I think I'll go elsewhere

Love how pilot only replies to 5 star ratings. Lol 0 stars for fixing all the other complaints. Worthless smh.

It is an OK place to get gas and eat. It does not have friendly food for kids, I bought my daughter corn dogs only to find out they had jalapeños. They have pizza MOST of the time. But this pilot can be doing so much better to better our experiences while traveling. I bought subway, there was only 1 worker, making the sandwiches and ringing out the customers. The line was huge and if your in a hurry it is a big inconvenience.

The bathrooms are so disgusting I reserved a to shower to handle business. Cleaning bathrooms should be at the top of the list of priorities, but the shower bathroom was clean I must say. So good job the girl with a tattoo eyebrows

I was in line for 4 showers and waited over 2 hours, horrible place. But the girl with the red head was cute
