I can’t remember the lady I spoke to but she was extremely helpful and caring! She made my experience very blissful and calm! We need more people like her. I wish I remembered her name

I’ve been on hold for over 48 minutes - waiting to talk to a single person. I am trying to obtain WIC for our newborn foster baby. At 5: 00 (after over 48 minutes of waiting) the recording said their office is closed and disconnected the line. We now have to wait until Monday. This process needs to be looked at internally

Went today to get my booster at the Pima County Health Department and when I walked in the security guard was talking to the staff and he acknowledges me in the front and start asking me if I need help instead of the staff. Security guard is still in front of her window. She does not give me eye contact until I tell them that the staff in Suite B watching her phone states that I need to come here and get the booster.

The staff decides then that she will address me and states was told that due a heavy load of patients coming in today that someone in management decided to close it down for the day and you could come again. If they were a private office they would go out of business with
those policies.

A woman hung up on me because she couldn't answer questions in regards to covid. The correct thing to do would be to guide me in the direction of someone who can comprehend the question, and answer the question. Uninformed and unprofessional.
