I have been a patient of pima pain center for many years and they are the only pain management facility that will exhaust every option possible to keep you out of pain

I am always treated with kindness and respect by Jadah and the entire staff at Pima Pain center. I appreciate them very much and the professional manner in which they conduct themselves.

Highest praise for “Maria, ” the scheduler who spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to set an emergency appointment after I broke my back. Her effort included locating my X-ray, and an open slot for Dr. Annibi.
My usual office is the St. Mary’s location, but she was able to secure a far earlier appointment at Pima St.
Also praise for the staff at the Pima location, who were helpful in every possible way.

Dr Annabi and his staff are very compassionate and caring. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe during these scary times. They are clean and taking high levels of precautions to make me feel safe. They are thorough and explain everything very well.

Great experience at Pima Pain Center. Moved from Ripon Wisconsin and had horrible back pain. Feeling great. Now back to work it is. Thank you for the quick fix. Injection was easy and not painful as expected.

I was so pleased with my visit today on account of one of the Dr. 's there named Jimmy. My appt was not with him but he was training the medical assistant and I'm so glad he was. Jimmy spoke to me with much respect and compassion for my my painful condition and explained in detail my treatment going forward. Suffering from pain can take it's toll but today I left there with renewed hope and faith that Jimmy listened to me and my concerns and actually heard what I said. Very much appreciated. They Are Prompt To Assist Their Patients With Service And Are Very Understanding When It Comes To all Aspects Of Medical Care their Patients Are Requiring. My experience with Pima has been amazing. I appreciate the communication. Every time I have called I have been able to speak with someone. The doctors are so great, and they LISTEN TO ME! I have been looking for a caring place like this since I broke my tailbone 3 years ago! Thank you Pima! I don’t love needles, but the relief has been a life changer

Entry protocol leaves MUCH to be desired. We'll see if they genuinely care (doubts) and try to make things right.

Rude and unprofessional!
The over-the-phone appointment setter never emailed the new patient documents to pre-fill in, and after two attempts to call and get the documents sent I was placed on eternal hold. Then hung up on.
Then on my day of appointment the front desk receptionist Naomi was incrediblely rude. She did not respect my privacy, nor did she allow me to speak to the office management nor the lead / registered physicians.

Dr. Shiller! Finally someone who understands. After my appointment I felt as though the weight of the world had been lifted from my shoulders. I have an extremely rare condition that is proving very hard to treat. I have been in excruciating pain for the past 5 months and haven't found a doctor who knows much about my condition, much less how to treat it.even after a 31 day hospital stay. Dr. Shiller understood the rarity and the severity of my condition and didn't sugar coat or make himself out to be an expert, (which some of my doctors are acting like. My condition is rare, there are no specialist) He was honest and kind. He listened and treated me with respect. He was willing to listen to me to understand what I am going through, so he could treat my symptoms properly. Not just throw a bunch of medication at me not caring about side affects or drug interactions or treating me like someone just trying to get high. The office staff was very friendly and the office was clean and taken care of. I will definitely recommend this facility.

Dr shiller and np Moore are great providers. They are caring and very professional. You might have to wait and that's because they make sure they treat each person case by case and not by numbers. When you have Drs like that it's worth the little wait to see them. Thank you Dr shiller and np Moore.

Dr. Annabi is the best Pain Dr in all of Pima County. Take it from me who is frequent pain sufferer for the past 15 years. They care and it shows.

I've been a patient of Dr. Emill Annabi and Dr. Stephen Shiller for over 2 years. When I initiated my care with them, I was in a wheelchair unable to walk for more than 10 steps due to my excruciating back pain.
