I would not recommend. Went in to get a full set, it was rushed and not done right. Polish was all over my cuticles. Got cut by the drill they used and now have an infection.

I get my eyebrows done all the time and asked for a clean up as I’m a guy that didn’t want my eyebrows to be shaped but just a simple clean up. They shaped them with an arch and then had the nerve to say it’s because I’m missing hair on one eyebrow which isn’t true. As I said I get them done all the time and they did such a horrible job and didn’t even say let’s take some off or anything. Do not go here. Messed up on such a wax job.

So, I (we, me an husband) went in, he a regular pedicure, me, a gel pedicure. So the nail tech, male, Elvis wanna be, not the guy with the man bun, buying lunch for his young daughter. I noticed he really paid attention to my big left toe, I'm not down there to see close up, but what he did was split my toe nail, and loaded a lot of polish on it to cover it up. I mean it was so much, the nail was elevated from the middle of the nail, not from the cuticle to the tip of the nail, but the middle to the tip. That was to camouflage the split he had done. And I tipped him. I'm mad as hell, I have to wear a band-aid, because the nail will catch fabrics. NEVER AGAIN, it was 10/08/23 and ON GOD they will never ever get another dime from me. I will not refer anyone to patronize that establishment.

Smell of the salon was strong. Pedicure was less then 15 mins from start to finish. No one acknowledge that I was waiting to pay. Strongly do not recommend this place.

My daughter was happy. However customer service was rude. I did not get no work done nails or feet. They seen me sitting in the non serviced chairs when I went to pay for my daughter which I clarified every time they asked me for something. The cashier had the nerve to walk around the register bend over and took a deep look at my feet. Than she said something in their language and started nervously laughing. I said lady I told you I did not get no pedicure. Than she repeats again while laughing nervously for her only im like yes dam how many times you gonna ask. So basically she thought I was trying to not pay for a pedicure, which made me and my daughter feel like it was discrimination, cause I never said for me and I didn't even sit in the Pedi chair. This is a training issue I feel it was targeted due to us being black. It was uncomfortable to have that done in front of all those customers watching. She laughed nervously cause she felt embarrased assuming my black self was trying to get something for free.

I'm so sad and disappointed at how I was treated on my last visit, I’ve been a client for over 10 months, and have recommended them to 5 different people that are now current clients. Everything that could’ve gone wrong went wrong felt very unappreciated and maybe the worst part was getting a pedicure by a person that massaged my feet with her knuckles for literally 3 seconds and basically air scrubbed my feet for literally 3 seconds, like if i wasn't paying for the service. A lot more disrespect went on but I’ll leave it right here. Unfortunately we won’t longer be clients of this location. I’m sorry Toni

I took my daughter here for her bday each paid $70 for full sets, hers medium length & mine long. Within FOUR days each one us had nails just fall off, went to get it fixed and than 1 week later THREE more had just come off easily. Waste of $$, I typically hate to leave bad reviews but with the amount I spent here I couldnt help but share so no one else wastes their $$ here. I will never come back. Today marks 2 weeks since I was there and they are half off. Terrible, especially for the amount I was charged.

If you're looking for a top-notch nail salon, look no further than Pinky Nails & Spa T&L. I am willing to drive 40 minutes just to come here because I can trust that my nails will be done right. Under new management, the owner, Emily, is a true perfectionist and it shows in her work.

What's special to me is that Emily used to do my nails in Washington state before moving to Phoenix. I was thrilled to find out that she had opened her own salon and I knew I had to check it out.

Every time I visit, I am blown away by the quality of their manicures. Emily and her team pay close attention to detail, making sure that every nail is shaped and painted to perfection. Their technique is flawless, and my dip powder nails always come out looking beautiful and lasting for weeks (then it just grows out).

The environment is lovely as well. It's clean, relaxing and a great atmosphere to unwind in and the service great. Also, I believe the prices at Pinky Nails & Spa T&L are reasonable, especially considering the level of service you receive. I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied with my experience. I recommend the "Baby Butt" pedicure.

Overall, I highly recommend them! Emily and her team are true artists when it comes to nails, and their attention to detail and quality is unmatched. I guarantee you'll be planning your next appointment before you even leave.

Was a regular client for 2.5 years. I am extremely disappointed. The last 6 months to a year I would have to go back and get nails repaired weekly. They kept falling off. And recently Tony, the man who normally does my nails mocked me, made fun of me in front of other clients and manicurist for my involuntary shaking. I have a medical condition. I was incredibly embarrassed and said something but it was ignored. I will not be going back. It doesn't take much to just be kind and take a little pride in your work. Instead of hearding people in by the number because money is the utmost of importance. That's not good long term business planning.

Not happy with my nails today. The polish was not smooth at all. She fixed my thumb but this 2 nails look just as bad. I drive from far to have a good job done on my nails, not for this mess. Not sure if I'll go back, very disappointed!

Jenny did my nails and did a fantastic job. It was my first time there and I will be back.

Had my nails done in a Disney theme for a family vaca. Showed the nail tech what I wanted and he was able to recreate it very well. Worth it.

Decided to try this place out. HUGE REGRET! 2 of my nails already broke and it's been 5 days since I got them done here. First off, the inside of this place is very nice. Clean I will say. So when the nail tech asked what kind of shape I showed her a pic. She got annoyed cuz I pulled my phone put. All I did was just ask for the shape. She literally turned around while I was still talking. Then when I was getting my pedicure, the lady sound the pedi was laughing sooo hard. And theres absolutely no issue with that.my issue is everytime she laughed, she's slap my foot out of laughter.the manicure lady was just rude tho. She was just huffin and puffin.never again!

My nails always turns out really good. I recommend the girl to do nails cause the guy does it rough but they are very nice!
