Loved this office and These Doctors. Every call I've made has been efficient and pleasant. Every appointment I felt heard and never had any problems requesting referrals or prescriptions.

I've been a patient of Dr Engstrom for years! He's the Best of the Best! I've always had a wonderful experience with all of the staff until today. I've been waiting on lab work to be sent to Sonora Quest for over a week. When I called the office a woman named Veronica answered. She was extremely rude and when I asked for a supervisor, she hung up on me. I would hate to see her attitude tarnish the reputation of Pinnacle Family Medicine.

My husband, myself, and my 17 year old daughter have loved our experience so I really should write 3 separate 5 star reviews. MARTY IS AMAZING! She is kind and listens and speaks directly to my 17 yr old like a young adult. As a health care professional myself, I know how important it is to speak to the patient and not let family speak for you. She is thorough with all 3 off us. The front office staff is kind as well as the assistants who help prior to the Dr. Visit. I am so happy to have Pinnacle Family Medicine for my family!

I love my PA here but the front desk is not friendly ever then when taken back the girl does not say one word ever.when you have loyal Patients who are coming regularly you sld treat them kindly. Does not take much to be nice. Never called with my results week later. I called today and waited on hold 40 mins called back at 4: 45 and they had already shut off the phone. The office manager must not care judging by the reviews. But its sad because It took so long to find this great doctor. I hope they make some changes soon.
After all you see your doctor for a few minutes but after that you deal with the rest of the staff so it has to be a good experience most of the time.
