Dr Shahnaz is the best. I have seen many dentist in my life. I feel like he takes the time and care of creating a piece of Art, and wants everything feeling and looking good in your mouth. Not just trying to turn as many patients per day as possible. Front reception is great and super helpful. They just need to hire more hygienist. Tanya, the one I see, is the best. Equipment is modern, nice to check in online (and not sit in the office filling out paperwork) and an all around great experience. No problem’s recommending Dr and Smile.

First visit fantastic! Everyone so friendly, very welcoming, excellent cleaning by Tanya and Maritzi. Possibly, the best cleaning ever. Dr. Shahnaz was great as well. Thorough exam and honest evaluation. Very transparent on cost. No surprises. I found a new dental office, for sure. Highly recommend.

Just moved back to town and broke a crown. I went to Pinnacle and they have earned my business. I was treated with care, compassion and kindness, not to mention, work well done. Thanks, I'll be back and will refer.

I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes after checking in for my appointment. Did not see the Periodontist - he never showed and no one came to tell me they were running late. I got up and left.

I feel I have been discriminated against by this dental office. Stay clear.

I have been a patient here since @2019. During Covid, appointments were canceled and rescheduled months later MULTIPLE times. I was understanding and VERY accommodating. Post Covid now 3 years, and appointments that I have made 6 months out are being canceled less than 24 hours before
the appointment. For example, I received a phone call that my appointment for the next day had to be canceled and rescheduled. The earliest they could reschedule is at the beginning of NEXT YEAR. That is 6 months away. That would leave me going 1 full year without a cleaning. I feel as though I am targeted and being discriminated against. I will be seeking action and I would suggest to anyone to stay clear of this business. They discriminate and run a shoddy business.

Apparently this place doesn’t listen or follow instructions to look up insurance. Wasted money leaving work early only to be told we can’t be seen because we don’t have a physical card and tried to charge us 150.00. I don’t pay for premium dental insurance to pay out of pocket. I will be taking mine and my husbands business elsewhere. When I call you the day before and tell you I don’t have a card and ask you repeatedly to look me up it’s frustrating. I even gave her our SSN.

I can't say I have ever had a better dental hygienist than Tanya. She is so personable and caring about her patients. I've never had anyone give so much care when it came to my dental health and honestly will follow her if she ever leaves. I've been going to Pinnacle Modern Dentistry for years and they give great service overall, but to me, the hygienist really makes or breaks my return.

My husband and I have been coming to Pinnacle Modern Dentistry for a few years. The Staff is very friendly and helpful from Kylie at the Front Desk to the Dental Assistants and Hygenists. I met with Dr Kim last week and again today when he expertly fixed a tooth with a ceramic inlay filling. He’s friendly and explains everything before he does it so you’re aware of what’s going on. His rapport with the staff is warm and friendly which made me feel very comfortable.
I would recommend this office to anyone looking for expert Dental Care in a friendly and comfortable setting.

My first review. I have been coming here for several years and never had any issues up until now. My last cleaning appointment (6 months ago) they were aggressively pushing for a deep cleaning for me. No problem, I understand they want to offer services that I might need. I politely declined and made my next appointment for a regular cleaning like I always do. Never did I say I wanted a deep cleaning. I show up for my most recent appointment and they had me scheduled for a deep cleaning. I refused and asked why they had me scheduled for a deep cleaning when I specifically said regular cleaning. The doctor talked to me and insisted I get a deep cleaning. Once again, I said no and if I can just get my regular cleaning. They said we don’t have anybody available to do it. The doctor said I can sign a waiver stating they are not responsible etc. I agree and made the appointment for 1 week later. Now today the office calls me and states nobody wants to do my regular cleaning, they will only do a deep cleaning. At this point I told them to cancel. If they didn’t want to complete a regular cleaning from the beginning they should have just said so when I made the original appointment 6 months ago. For the doctor to say it’s ok with a waiver and then renege is very unprofessional. All this back and forth and then leaving me hanging in the end…. Just annoying and frustrating.

This was my first time visit, and it was a great experience! The staff was very patient and professional.

My visits to Pinnacle Modern Dentistry was just like the rest, the office staff and doctors are very professional, helpful and sensitive to the patients needs.

Both Maritza and Dr. Shahnaz were kind, helpful, and informative. They made me feel comfortable.

Staff and doctors on point. Very good experience with Doctor Pourya Shahnaz. Also I had all 4 wisdom tooth removed, it took 30 minutes and excellent recovery.

Was looking for a new dentist in North Scottsdale and I couldn't be happier with this facility and my new dentist. I was overdue for an appointment and they were able to fit me in super fast. Flexible scheduling and my dentist has been prompt, professional, and very kind. Recommend 10/10.

I was very impressed with the high technology of all of the instrumentation used for my examination. Dr. Shahnaz was extremely knowledgeable. Carrie was efficient and friendly. The entire staff worked together sharing happiness (Smile Generation personified.)
