Dr. Crooks and his staff are exceptional! I have not one complaint and how often can you say that about a doctor’s office? !

I have been impressed with the staff and Dr Crooks and Emma NP. They bend over backwards to find the best solutions for my multiple chronic pain issues. I highly recommend them!

I love the care I receive when I am at Pinnacle Peak, but there is a huge disconnect with follow up and returning phone calls. I had to make an appointment to get a ‘call back’

I saw Jessica yesterday and she was amazing for the first time I got someone to explain to me what’s wrong and going on with me in details, I really appreciated her so very much. She never rushed me and took her time to listen to me. Dr Crooks is such an amazing doctor and so caring. Thank you

Nice people. The onboarding process was ridiculous. The same information had to be repeatedly written on every piece of paper. How many times do you really need to write your name, address, phone number, DOB, etc? The correct answer is 1. But I must have written on 10 separate pieces of paper.

Dr Crooks and Jessica are amazing they were very professional and effective in reducing my chronic pain. After years of trying other therapies and medications Dr. Crooks treatments were the only treatments that worked. I am extremely grateful.

The staff was friendly and I was called in shortly. Dr Crooks asked about my pain and explained how he thought he could help me get relief. Dr Crooks is very patient friendly and I felt comfortable asking questions. I was able to schedule my procedure right then for the upcoming week.

Emma took her time to listen to my issues and then thoroughly explained what the course of action will be to see what is causing my back pain: MRI, PT, etc.
