Pinnacle Peak - Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center reviews
11The very helpful and personal young lady who checked us out carefully wrapped all of the porcelain mugs we bought and put them in a box for us. They have better customer service here than at some department stores.
Not very impressed. Better customer service at even the not so nice metro center locations. Older lady with dark hair was pretty rude.
Well organized location, although the amount of items that are dirty, i.e. Sticky, gooey, and dusty (mostly electronics I've examined) could easily be wiped clean with rag or paper towel. I'd be more eager to look at or even buy an item that wouldn't stick to my hand or a bag after purchase.
This Goodwill store is clean, orderly and spacious. The selection is amazing and everytime we go, we leave with lots of finds.
At first it was just a typical trip to a Goodwill, but once we were checking out, the cashier lady with blonde hair was so sweet. She was extremely helpful and even thanked my husband for his service! We'll definitely be back and we highly recommend this store specifically because of her!
All the thrift stores have been benefitting from the "tidying up" thing. They have more, and better stuff than I ever used to find. The stores are neater, and better organized too!
They are too expensive for one. For 2 they cheat on their color tags. 50% off and 1.00 tags.remove all the expensive clothes from the sale tags
I love this good well just wish on the color that is only a doller that there be a lot more of them
Like all Goodwill's I've been to in the area this on is just meh. Selection of clothes is okay. Prices seem steep, and there are better options at locally owned thrift stores.
I was unhappy with the customer service there. Tried to buy a pair of doll shoes and there was no price. The clerk went into stock room and said they are. 99 each. Sold separately. Why would they sell shoes separately? Not happy
