Take out order for the office. My employee who ordered the spicy chicken wrap opened it to find only vegetables. Zero chicken (had SC written on the foil so it was supposed to be the spicy chicken). I usually don't take the time to write bad reviews, but when I called, the manager basically called me a liar. "The chicken is part of the meal so I know its there.what do you want? To come pick up another one or a credit for next time? " No desire to go there again so I just hung up.

Don’t sit on the patio unless you would like to be ignored. I am finished waving my arms. Was hoping to get someone’s attention because my salad was missing the dressing. And there were a bunch of burnt/black pita chips on it, which were not appealing at all. I guess I’ll go inside to ask for some solad dressing. And a drink refill. And my check.

I’ll wait a little bit longer. Surely someone will remember I’m out here.

Ended up just going inside for the check. Found my server. Told her about the burnt pita chips and missing salad dressing. Blank stare.

I’ve probably eaten at pita jungle 1000 times at several locations. Rarely has there been an issue with my order, and the times there has been, they would make it right. But this 1 star is for this location specifically. Someone in the kitchen gave our family food poisoning and I’m really disappointed how the management went about it. Went in there with my sister in law, had a drink and ordered to go for the family. 147$ for 3 of us to get sick. My plate was slopped together in the to go container, and not very good (tikka masala). But it was the raw veggies that made us sick. My mother in law had to call out of work, and my son had to miss school. My sister in law was also very sick with horrible food poisoning. My stomach was a little bothersome but I didn’t have full blown food poisoning because most of the food I ate was cooked.
When I called to talk to management. They basically told me their kitchen is fine, that no one else called in and sorry to hear it.the first manager (Kayla) told me she would refund me for the salads. She never followed up, so I called that evening to talk to Andres. He told me that the kitchen is clean and he doesn’t understand how it happened but he will follow up. The general manager then called me the next day to inform me that they did in-fact refund me for the salads but since then, my son ended up getting sick too. I assume from the garnish on the pizza. The GM tells me “I can assure you our cooks change our gloves and practice safe food handling” right there I cut him off to let him know that OBVIOUSLY someone isn’t practicing good hygiene and made a mistake with cross contamination. It’s insulting that he would say that to me, because of that were the case, No one would be sick and missing work/ school. I felt so bad because it was my idea to eat there and I spent 150 dollars to get my family sick. I’ll never eat at this location again, and honestly if cooperate doesn’t make this right, I will not eat at any location. I contacted the health board and I will continue to follow up until I can compensate my mother in law for missing work. Pita jungle needs to take action at this location to get management and the kitchen in check!

I’ve only ever gotten to-go orders but I’ve been really pleased with the ladies at the cash register. They’ve always been so helpful with educating me on the gluten-free choices. I feel safe ordering from the gluten-free menu so thank you!

Took my mother here and the food was so good I had the smoked salmon whipped potatoes over spinach mommy had the Mediterranean salad we left full and happy service was outstanding environment was family business and casual friendly outdoor seating available under umbrellas and misters.

I am partial to Mediterranean and Near Eastern cuisine, so maybe I am a star high, but the chicken shawarma was excellent and served in a very fresh pita. I have had their food on a couple other occasions and it didn't disappoint!

Great hummus sampler platter as an appetizer. Had the salmon with mashed potatoes for dinner. Perfect portions. Not too much and not too little.

Awesome food and great service. Happy hour is fab. Chill environment. Art for looks and sale!

It's ok, service is OK, outdated, black beab burger tasted like chalk, hummus n Cold whole piece of flat bread on a plate is OK to. Nothing original if your vegan you may like it. Try for your self, I gave 4 stars just because the waitress was really nice. But place itself can use a face-lift and decor update. Lacks energy in the room.

Great food & service. The food here is always fresh & healthy. This location has a bar & is pretty upscale compared to the other Pita Jungles around the state.

Pita Jungle: I have ordered pitas for my daughter and my grandson. They really like the food. Mostly small orders, but Pita Jungle is quick to get my food order done. Customer service really good. I've yet to try their food. I'm sure I too will like their food

Unreal, Mahi dinner was hard, cold and tiny. Gyro was a mess? Pickles? Meat was clumpy, lettuce was soggy. Not the PJ I remember.

Who doesn't love a good gyro? ! We came in at the late lunch hour (3pm) so it wasn't busy and service was on point. It was my first visit to this franchise so I had no pre-conceived notions. I was pleasantly surprised with the menu and pricing.

Ordered some shwarma today, around 4 pm. Fantastic, first time having it. Way better than I was initially expecting. Props to whoever put this fantastic food together for me
