Pita Jungle - Flagstaff

I used to REALLY liked the Pita Jungle. Great food and great service. Unfortunately, their service is not very good now. After being seated, I waited 12 minutes to get someone to take a drink or meal order and finally gave up and left as I was in a hurry that day. I came back again to give them another chance and it took a long time before I was even given water, my meal came out incorrectly prepared, arrived late and was luke warm. They didn't have all the ingredients for an expensive cocktail either. I am not impressed anymore and will not be going back. Odd how a place can change so drastically.

I stood around at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for an online order that should have been completed roughly 10 minutes prior to walking in. A guy finally acknowledged me, and said hed go check on his order. Never did. 10 more minutes goes by and a girl finally comes to the counter, and then reaches behind her to grab my COMPLETED order that had been ready the entire time I'd been there.

Then after asking to speak to a manager, was told "he's busy and would be a while".
So I left. Checked my order while driving, which I should've done there because multiple things wrong.
Tried to call and speak to the manager, and was put on hold for 15 minutes for picking up.

I wasted 20 minutes of my time there, and I saw ONE other togo order get picked up. The managers excuse was that they are very busy and have 100 togo orders an hour going. Ummmm. I think I should have seen about 24 more orders get picked up if that was the case.

I always enjoy going to Peter jungle while in Flagstaff. The staff is very helpful the food is always fresh and yummy.

Large appetizers and lots of vegan/ vegetarian options! Waiting time is longer than fast food quickness, so if you come here, come here for the ambience

Good tofu tikka masala, okay falafel wrap. Taylor the waitress who served us was super impressionable and attentive!

Extremely poor service. 45+ minutes to make a gyro and an item off the kids menu. Left without eating after paying…

Massive menus! Tons of vegan options if you are vegan and plenty if you are not. Food has always been good! Personally the wood fired chipotle chicken pizza is my fav but it is really hard to go wrong here. Try the cilantro hummus. It is worth your time. They have a good selection of drinks here as well as friendly service. It is a little more casual than I remember but that had no effect on the food itself.

First time here in Flagstaff, my Mom and I decided to eat here. The staff was friendly, food was fresh and delicious! I would definitely come here again:)

It's nice to have a healthy food option that also tastes delicious. Big plus that they offer pick-up and delivery meaning there's no excuse not too eat well. I'd recommend the wraps and hummus.

I was thrilled to find a Pita Jungle up north. I ordered 2 carmalized cauliflower which I’m pretty addicted to. The service was great and the carmalized cauliflower was great but I really missed the addition of the pine nuts which were missing, perhaps there is an issue of supply due to the lockdown?

Excellent discovery in Flagstaff, they don’t close after lunch, so many healthy choices, many veggy and vegan options. Great portions, the small humus is enough for two to share as an appetizer and I found the pizza quite big, in my opinion on starter and one dish is enough for two people if you share. Also the price/quality ratio is very good.

As per the name, lots of Pita choices including pizza.

Really good food with a lot of selections. Good service. Kids got coloring pages and crayons. Reasonably priced and good seating. Very pleased

Phenomenal food with menu options for most, if not all palates! I don't eat meat regularly but my father cannot NOT have meat for every meal. This restaurant offered him a meat-loaded pizza while I had a salad with lentils and tofu, my mother had the chicken salad, my grandmother had the chicken tika marsala, and my husband had chicken schwarma, perfect dinner or lunch location for the whole family. Not to mention the happy hour specials on drinks and tapas!

We were in Flagstaff for two nights and had two dinners here, the food is amazing, the place is nice, and prices are decent. Very happy with the service as well!

Matt is the best server I've ever had. He left a while ago to go pursue bigger dreams, but sometimes I go there and sit outside the window and imagine his graceful work from afar.

Wow the menu is huge! There is truly something for everyone here. Good, hearty options and great portions. The service has never been less than wonderful. Try the hummus! It's the best I've ever had. The lavash pizzas are out of this world, too.

Love this place! Since being on strick diet restrictions it's harder to find places my husband can take me out for a nice meal. We discovered pita Jungle one time we were in Flagstaff. OMG! Wonderful, we were both very happy with our food, the staff, including manager, servers and chefs. Made a special trip back it was so good. We live an hour away.

We always go here when I visit my sisters. Great food and healthy too! Lots of variety so everyone can try something they'll like.

Very good food. I really enjoyed the gyro and the guava lemonade! Service was quick and friendly.
