Pizza Factory, Williams AZ

Really good food everything there is made fresh make sure to tip the employees are the servers. I used to think this place was going to be really expensive and the food probably not worth the price boy was I wrong the food I bought was worth every bit of the price I paid service

Do not honor there store hours others are eating and I'm told I'm not allowed to eat a small pizza while 5 other guys are sitting down eating

Great pizza, and cheesy bread. We were vacationing and had the taste for a pizza. We had a pepperoni and BBQ Chicken pizza both were awesome. A must to go to. Highly recommend.

The Pizza Factory is situated in downtown Williams, AZ along their main street. The facility offers a warm environment with great pizza. We happened upon this restaurant as we were touring the local area. They have a large menu offering pizza, calzones, italian pastas, as well as salads.
If you are looking for a "cheap" outing, this may not be the place for you. But realize that this business is situated in the heart of a tourist area so their quality and prices will have to meet that expectation and we felt that the Pizza Factory met the appropriate expectation.
I noted in other areas that there were service concerns. We found the staff and service to be hospitable and rapid.
Overall, we felt that this was a great place with wonderful pizza and would visit again if we were to visit the area.

If I could give a zero I would, my child and family were kicked out for bringing my child in with her outside food since she has has an allergy. You should be ashamed, just 1 kid with food restrictions and not being able to accommodate. We understand there was a sign but only 1 kid with outside food becauseof her ALLERGY, server was told multiple times about it but she said they didn't care.

The pizzas are good hence the stars otherwise it would be 0 points! Rude waiters and we are still at the table that they decide to close the room and we understand that they want you to leave because the tables on each side of yours are cleaned, we wash the floors on each side, we remove the accessories for your table. However, it's not closing time but since it's empty we decide to close and also turn away several people while we were eating to be sure to close the restaurant.
Deplorable service last August!

They put a 20% tip on our meals without asking us or notifying us about it, didnt even get good service so no way I would’ve agreed to this. We were with 2 so not the typical ‘big group gratitude fee’. If you’re a tourist I would strongly advice to skip this place!

Pizza took a little long to get but it was well worth the wait.the girls are very nice and friendly too.

This pizza is amazing! The crust was perfect- soft but with a little crunch. And there is a large variety of pizzas to choose from. The breadsticks were really good too! You'll easily find something you enjoy here.

There were four of us and we ordered our dinner at the counter.
The food came to the table relatively quickly and was hot and tasty.
There was also a soft drink, which can be refilled.
All in all it was okay and is definitely recommended

Very very, very bad customer service. Staff treat you like they were doing you a favor to help you. Extremely overpriced.

Rude! Terrible service. I should’ve read all these bad reviews about the staff attitude first but obviously it must come from the manager or owner because their attitude always rubs off on the staff. If there’s a franchise owner, he needs to fire everybody here.

Walked to the counter and gave me a menu. As soon as I open it to look, she told me rudely I can’t stand there, She needs the area clear and I had to go wait at the table even though there was nobody else at the counter, nor anyone behind me.

It took me a minute to decide what I wanted and then she walked back and told me it will be 25 or 30 minutes to get an order I said that’s OK then I ordered a medium pizza and she tells me they don’t have any mediums. How can they be out of medium pizzas? It’s too hard to cut some dough to give a customer what he wants? The whole time she’s very rude with attitude. I asked for a manager, but I don’t think one came out so I left. I will never get treated like that when I’m spending money, she needs to be terminated.

Instead of the owner answering the complaints by saying they appreciate the feedback it’s time to do something there’s been bad reviews for years about the attitude of the staff

Horrible service from cashier. My son (age 3) and I were doing some shopping and decided to pop by for pizza. He had some novelty gummies and peanuts that were sealed and immediately I was told I can’t have them inside in a dry tone. After I paid she walked over and said something to the staff and they all looked over to us and starred us down. This truly was a really uncomfortable situation. Our pizza was brought to us and put down at our table without a word and I noticed this same server greeting other tables as she brought their food out. /10 do not recommend. It was really one of the most bizarre experiences I have had & as I came to write this review about my experience I am seeing that others have had similar experiences eating here. As a business owner your interactions with customers make or break your business. Kindness goes a long way.

Good pizza, like the crust. Alittle pricey, but everything is getting pricey. Just wish staff was alittle more friendly. I always feel like they are doing me a favor by serving me. The man with the bandana on his head always has an attitude. The restaurant is always clean

The pizza was fabulous! Toppings were fresh and the crust had just enough crunch with out being overdone. The sauce has just enough zest. I have had 3 of my kids work in the pizza industry so I have eaten A Lot of pizza
