Pizza Hut, Glendale AZ

Undercooked pizza, overcooked pasta, it just wasn't a good experience! The delivery driver was super nice, he got a good tip for that but pizza hut needs improvement with their products.

Food is great and hot. The service is slow people walk pass you and no one ask could they help you. They just leave you in the lobby.

They are quick and polite every time I order my pizza they told me it will be ready in 15 minutes and they have not let me down yet

It had been a long time since we ate Pizza Hut. Its a shame they dont have sit-down service anymore. The pizza was hot, but you could tell they changed they changed the way it was made. The three tier box is not that special in my opinion and the crust was not all that.

The Detroit Style Pizza was amazing. The food from this Pizza Hut is always good, even if the ambiance isn't the greatest. It IS carry-out after all.

Can somebody in the place answer the phone idk how you can have someone call and call and you can’t pick it up it’s ridiculous

Pizza was ready when they said it would be ready. I had to wait awhile due to the cashier taking another order over the phone and then helping the other people in line with their orders before I got my pizza. I thought it would have been practical to ask if anyone had orders already in before helping someone else or having another person come up and check. Just a thought.but otherwise they were very nice. Also the cheese and peppers are extra and they don't give you napkins or plates anymore.

Ordered a pizza and they forgot some toppings. Tried to call and staff was very rude said your pizza was messed up who cares. Very unprofessional and pizza hut does not even have a way to call corporate to complain. Normally I would not care but they way I was spoke to is not ok.

I ordered breadsticks, 4 sodas, and I used my points to order a medium 2 topping pizza. I placed my order at 11: 12 pm and the confirmation page said that I would receive my order 20 mins later, I waited 43 mins, at which time, I received a call from an employee informing me that my order would be cancelled due to no delivery drivers being available. I'm pretty sure they knew that there weren't any drivers at the time my order was placed! Who waits until 5 mins before close to call and inform a customer about the cancellation of their order? They could've contacted me as soon as I placed the order! At least that way, I would've had time to place an order elsewhere. I'm so furious right now because I have to go to bed hungry and angry. I also used my points, so I BETTER get those points back! As a loyal customer for over 10 years, This is absolutely unacceptable! Not to mention that I was in accident today so my vehicle is not drivable. Therefore, I can't even drive anywhere to get food. Ugh.

Just never ordering from here again. When my kids have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes to eat cause the driver decides she doesn't want to complete the delivery and then it has to be redelivered by another driver, it becomes never ordering from here again.

Last year (2021) I stopped ordering food from Pizza Hut on 67th Ave & Bethany Home, because their pizzas looked terrible! They looked like someone dropped it right before they put it in the oven. They were undercooked in the middle or over cooked on the crust. Whoever cut the slices sucked! They looked like someone was ticked off & cut it with a Samurai sword! I complained and complained and complained again and nothing was done about it! So I stopped ordering from them & started ordering Domino's. Im already sick of Domino's pizza! I missed Pizza Hut! A month ago (May 2022) I ordered a pizza for pick-up from 67th & Bethany and WOW! What an improvement! There must be a new Manager (s) or new cooks because it was PERFECT! Last night I ordered the Big Dinner Box for delivery. Last year when I ordered this, the corner pieces barely had any sauce and cheese. It was like eating a square greasy bread stick with no flavor! Not very appealing you know? With 2 Sicilian style pizza's, that's 8 pieces of pizza that no one would eat. And I paid for this? Anyway, last night I ordered one for delivery. Not only did I get 2 AWESOME Sicilian pizzas, I also received the food in under an hour! For a Saturday night, THATS FRIGGIN AWESOME! With this being said, this Pizza Hut Restaurant won me back as a happy customer! Keep up the good work 67th Ave and Bethany Home! I really love this Pizza Hut!

Amazing location. Except this lady was counting money and then she walked away left all the money on the counter and then walked to the back room or something I just felt it was a little unprofessional leaving all the company money on the counter with all the customers in the lobby

Took over 1 hour to get our pizza when I live 10 mins away around the corner would give ¼ star if I could! Customer sucks they are very rude and need more training on how to treat customers! Most likely not ordering from here again!

IT WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD. NOT ONLY IN MY FOOD, BUT I PULLED THE DNA STRAND OUT OF MY MOUTH. TASTED THE PRODUCT AN EVERYTHING. Sadly They are closed now, BUT SOMEBODY FINNA HEAR MY WRATH SOON AS THE STORE OPEN. …. An My Freaken Stomach Is Hurting. The Chunks Are Chewed Up Food Sorry.

Reasonable price. Delivered hot and on time. However, both pizzas had very little sauce which made them to dry for my taste. IF I order again would request extra sauce. Both of guests also agreed.

Its always a good place to order from the food is good, delivery is on time, just overall its a reliable food resturant.

The fun experience my family have opening up that pizza box and having the yummy eye look! Knowing they are about to bite into the most tasteful piece of pizza. My family has enjoyed pizza hut for as long as I can remember. My mom worked for pizza hut back in the 70s and it was her first job. I worked for pizza hut while going to school and loved it so much. I wish everyone a happy new year! Thank you Pizza Hut!

Just very unhappy with my order been a great paying customer for years with pizza hut and just not happy with order. Is there anything you all can do?
