Pizza Hut, Phoenix AZ

I made an order today and haven’t recieved my order and called the store that my order was on the way and nothing worst worst costumer service.

First time eating at this pizza hut and the food was good. I did a pick- up and my order was ready quickly.

Timing was perfect. Driver was friendly and awesome.and I received exactly what I ordered!

Straight garbage. There lots of small pizza joints around town. If you ever want pizza, you're best bet is to go with the small pizza spots, not a pizza chain.

Chicken Alfredo was dry, not saucy overcooked. Pizza Pizza folded together melt was not worth $6.99 dry bread almost hard to bite into.

Always have my orders ready. Never have i spent more than 5 minutes there. And thats always good.

I ordered two large stuffed crust pizzas. One pepperoni/mushroom and one sausage/black olive. I was quoted 65 minutes for delivery. After 85 minutes, I called the store. They told me they had no record of my pizza order. They pretty much said, “Sorry you’re on your own for dinner. ” They didn’t offer any help or even to let me place a new order. Appalling service. And I’m still hungry…

Food is very good an hot need to work on carry out orders when you go to pick up your own orders

Super disappointed! Don’t even get our order right or messing a item 4 times now. Get your game on you guys! Are you guys hiring because for sure I make sure you guys doing your job RIGHT!

Couldn't even bother to answer the phone once after waiting an hour. Don't waste your time trying to get a hold of them.

This is a small locations with a pretty torn up parking lot. Service is heavily dependent on who is behind the counter. Last time I was in, I was helped by a woman who appeared to be a manager training new employees. She was very fast and helpful, and the food was nice and fresh.

We called in a order over the phone and went to pick up the order. It was ready in less time than they had said. Was a good visit. No dinning in though.

It’s mediocre for a carry out pizza joint. FYI can’t redeem your pizza points at the counter you have to order Thu the app to use.

This location is the worst. I'm going to the top of management. I ordered pizza online, confirmation email confirmed, tracker said in process of ordering.after an hour in a half and my family starving I call no answer for another hour and now they are closed. Are you serious? Second time this has happened and I am done!

It was surprisingly nice here. We ordered online and chose to pick up our order, we waited a reasonable amount of time, I picked up inside, the staff was nice and helpful as well. I went out and ate in my vehicle with my family and we enjoyed the food immensely. We had the big dinner box with 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 sausage pizza, parmesan & garlic butter boneless wings, with the bread sticks which were crispy and delicious just like the pizza crust. This is my review of this location on this day, it could change with the next customer, to each his own in preferences. Have a great day.

Placed my order at 7: 59. I got at the store and checked it at 8: 15 to wait and pick up order. At between 8: 20-8: 25 I saw 2 store employees walk out and start to leave the premises. Asked about the order and was told they canceled it because the store closes at 8 even though online ordering said they close at 10. We were not told or notified that order was canceled and no one had the curtesy to call us to let us know it was canceled so we drove all the way down there wasting gas and time for nothing. Not at all what I expected.

Order at 4: 45pm said it was a 35 minutes wait and it’s 7: 45pm and still no pizza I tried calling to get a refund the calls just ring no answer ever

I got a call from the store not to long ago saying they don't have drivers to deliver, so I suggested to go for it myself and then this worker which was a women rude saying they were close when online it says 12am. You guys need to managed your people correctly.

Surprises me to see a 3 star as this Pizza Hut location review! With Abels superb customer service! Should be 5 stars all around! My mini fam and I appreciate you Night staff for being open and working efficiently! Clean and friendly environment Top notch
