17 A little over priced compared to dominoes. 1 medium pizza & 6pc wings for $37 dollars.
My delivery was delivered by door dash without a receipt.
Every Friday in our house is pizza and a movie. We’ve been doing this for years. We’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut since moving in nearby almost a year ago. They generally get my specific order correct. I like light sauce because I think their sauce tends to be overpowering. Sometimes they don’t notice my special instructions and I get a very saucy pizza, but that is rare. Here the staff is friendly and they always have my pizza ready on time. We do the two pizza special and they know me and they call me by name when I come in so They get four stars for good service and a good consistent delicious product
Pizza was on point, price has gotten a little high, but I guess that's the inflation everyone is talking about.
Ordered a Pan with pepperoni and extra cheese. What we got looked like it had come from Ceasar's or Peter Piper. Crust was chewy, there was almost zero sauce, the extra cheese barely even covered the pizza much less being extra, and the pepperoni was smaller then it used to be with little taste. This pizza is going into the trash.
THIS IS THE SECOND ORDER LIKE THIS. I will not be ordering again from Pizza Hut, after average almost a pizza order every week. I gave you two tries and am not feeling like a third disappointment.
Employees are rude including driver and not professional the quality of the pizza could have been better it was room temperature.
Tasted Delicious and the service was friendly! They had my order ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The temperature was perfect!
Unfortunately I have to agree with the 1 star reviews. Took over an hour for pizza with 2 toppings and 6 medium hot wings. After calling the store I found out they only have one delivery driver on Saturday so they have to use DoorDash. Not sure where this gentleman has been all night, however, my pizza arrived cold. Pizza Hut Employee offered to make a new one (not very cost-effective for the store). However, I really don’t want to wait another hour or a pizza. Time to take my business elsewhere. Good luck with this current business model.
Ordered and did not get a call or a cancellation until I tried for an hour to get someone on the phone to update the address since on the website gave me no options to. After 2 hours I received no order and when I called she said it was cancelled and tried to call the phone number on file. No phone call was given. I am 10 minutes away from the actual store and the only resolution she gave me was 60 more minutes to have it remade and they were backed up on orders. I don’t understand how difficult it is to communicate. Go to Barros down the street or literally any other chain.
Great service! I made a mistake on my online order and placed the wrong time but the team member put my order in and it was done in a timely manner with no attitude about having to do it early. They were so kind will def go here again!
Ordered an edge pizza and was told they didn't have that even though there was a huge sign on the counter said they did, it was an extra 2 dollars for the edge to spread out toppings further?
Very bad service I just ordered bar an hour and a half ago, first they tell me that they sent the pizza through door dash when I didn't order through that application and they also put me in charge of the delivery of it Then he tells me that the pizza has already been delivered when I did not receive anything total disappointment I want my money back I hope they return it or they will see me in their store in three days. I do not recommend them very badly Service.
Didn't receive all my order called the restaurant the girl said she would credit back the amount of the item I didn't receive. Never did, and the food wasn't all that great.for what I paid way overpriced.
The lady working here is just rude and not helpful. For a 18$ order she refused to break a hundred dollar bill. After asking the neighboring business's to break the bill and none would we even went back and offered our id and anything that would show there is nothing shady going on and she refused rudely. We even offered the other $ we had which was 12$ and she acted like a rude disrespectful person and said she would just throw the pizza away.
This location is a good one, we usually pick up our order. Literally it's being taken out of the oven as we enter the store. If it is delivered it's Hot and Fresh. They have a very friendly staff, makes a nice experience.
So, I ordered from this location on 2/20/22 and it was an expected 25-35 minute delivery (which is fine). I received notice that they were sending it to me via Doordash. I received my food and they forgot my wing order. I looked at the pizza and cheesesticks and they were cold and burned. I tried to reheat it in the microwave but it was so bad I had to throw it out. My total order was $56 after tax and tip. I contacted the store and spoke with the General Manager. He informed me that i could get a refund on the wings but, because I received the pizza he would only give me an in store credit for said pizza. I informed them that I didn't pay with in store credit and I had paid with my own money. He then took down my info and said the Area Manager would be in touch as that is all he could do. This was 2 days ago, no refunds, no notice of credit, no contact. I also asked for the corporate number to file a complaint and was told they can't give that to me. I called again today and spoke with a different manager and after he spoke with the GM he told me that the only thing they will do now is give me in store credit for the wings I didn't get and would not refund anything. I was basically told that they were going to hold my money hostage until I decide to order from them again. This is per "their policy" as I was informed. They took my info again and said the Area Manager would reach out and when I asked for the corporate number I was again told that they can't provide that to me. I then had to Google the number and spoke with a pleasant rep that informed me that they would attempt to rectify the situation and upper management would be in contact and most likely I would receive my refund. All of this because their GM has a chip on his shoulder and is ok with serving garbage food. The GM here has no regard for customer satisfaction and feels that he should keep my money even though I didn't receive all of my food and what I did get I couldn't eat. My favorite part is that if I ever want to see my money again in any fashion according to the GM I would have to spend more money just to get it. This place is a joke.
Went to Pizza Hut Saturday night order cheesy bread I did not like the way it was made try one bite and could not finish the rest of it unacceptable i like to be compensated on Pizza Hut just remake my cheesy bread properly
It was right on time when I ordered it and hot when I got there to pick it up and you guys are the best keep up the good work
