Pizzeria Mimosa, Hereford AZ

Mimosa's is probably the better place to get Italian food around the Sierra Vista area. We had our 10 year anniversary celebration here and they were very accommodating. Wasn't too expensive, and the food was great! Charcuterie boards were amazing, great meats, amazing cheeses, and holy cow the dinner plates. Wine selection is all good, and the menu is varied for various tastes. I will definitely be going again!

We took it out of state friend last night. We had pizza, lasagna, meatballs, and calzone. Everything taste exactly the same did not enjoy.

Didn't have any wait. The food was delicious, could've used a touch more salt. The staff was attentive and courteous. The atmosphere was nice too, not super loud but also not super quiet. Almost missed the building as half of the sign on the front weren't lit up and the others almost blended into the wall it was on.

Very authentic, super savory, cherished every bite. So good price is not in the equation. Deserts huge best tiramisu ever.

Amazing food in an unexpected location! The Salsicca e Peperone panini with house salad was deliciously flavorful, and enough food that I couldn't contemplate dessert. I will definitely be visiting again!

Had the gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce and it was amazing! All of our food was fantastic and the waitress was perfect.

We enjoyed the cool air on the patio. Food was pretty good. Portobello mushrooms were amazing. Pizza was good.

Amazing Italian fare, great atmosphere, mountain views, and personable wait staff and chef. They use fresh vegetables in all their dishes. Recommended their calzone.

Another of my very favorite restaurants in SV area. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The food is always very good, the views of the mountains are great. Very nice place for an impressive date.

Enjoyed my dinner. The Lasagna was excellent and the server was nice and attentive. I dislike eating on high top tables but didn't really have the time to wait.

Pizzeria Mimosa
Excellent service, well done to order pizza, delicious, juice ribeye steak, the Gelato is to die for. Fantastic place for families, very clean, and the waitress attentive and courteous.

Our server, Sadie, was excellent. Attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The food on the other hand was disappointing. We went out for Happy Hour and had the calamari and margarita pizza. The calamari was overcooked to the point of crunchy. The pizza was burnt around the edges and had very little flavor. A fair amount of cheese and some basil but not what I would call Italian margarita pizza.

The nicest restaurant in Cochise County. Though not as good as the Italian options you may find in bigger cities, the food here does hold its own. I was impressed by the staff, both front and back of house. I tried a specialty seasonal item and asked a question about it. The head chef came and explained where they sourced the ingredients and displayed a clear passion for food.

The food is great. Many solid options and others I went with were consistently impressed as well. I appreciated the specials and the variety of the menu. Service was fairly quick even when the restaurant was busy. Very beautiful space as well!

We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem in Hereford, Az. The food was delicious. We look forward to going back again.

Seated immediately. Excellent wine and cocktail choices. Healthy options, large portions and the Canoles were excellent. Fresh coffee is worth the wait! Ask for it!

First, I'd like to say is this is my favorite pizza place in town.

Secondly, Vicki and her staff are top notch! They always go above and beyond.

My sister flew in from across the country for our mom's birthday. We decided to throw a surprise dinner for her at Mimosa's, as it is a family favorite. Vicki and the staff made sure we had plenty of room for our guests, a place for our giant balloon masterpiece to sit, then even arranged our mother's 3 dozen roses she received at dinner. The atmosphere was perfect. Our dinner was, as always delicious, and was cleared and boxed promptly so we could all enjoy ice cream cake that they chilled for us during dinner. It was my mom's first Suprise party ever. We couldn't have pulled it off without the help of all these wonderful people, that we definitely consider family. Cheers Y'all! We will see you again soon!

Our little people loved all the bread they could eat.along with some spaghetti and meatballs from the kids menu!
We had several different kinds of pizza and pasta dishes that hit all the spots. Drinks were always well maintained during the whole service. The signature Blood orange mimosa was fresh and crisp, just like I like I love them. We will definitely be back again soon!

Every time we have had dinner there, the food is consistently good. The 2 reasons I didn't give it 5 stars is the prices are a little high, in my opinion. I wish they would offer freshly grated cheese and pepper for the salad and pasta.

The ribeye and salid was excellent, they were able to accommodate a family of 9, which can't be said for most places, it's a bit pricey, however, worth the cost.
