Planet Fitness, Casa Grande AZ

I just want to say that Seli, one of the team members, was really awesome and showed great customer service. Been a member for a long time and never had someone go above and beyond like her. She answered all my millions of questions about tanning! She rocked! We need more customer service like hers!

Smart and clean gym, after COVID-19 I was afraid to return in the gym but when I moved to Arizona with my family starting 2022, the first gym I visited was Planet Fitness and I was surprised with how many clean stations are and how all the users clean the equipment, the 30 minutes area is a very smart idea to have workout without waiting.

The facility is clean and an employee by the name of Joe is always positive and encouraging, not just to me but all guests… what a wonderful way to start off everyday!

Gym equipment is great! Been at this gym 4 yrs now and services are superior except I paid for 24/7 fitness and they close @ 10pm now since covid and never went back to 24/7. I feel ripped off to be honest.

Great gym with good customer service. Cheap prices and it's not busy. The massage bed are amazing. Bathrooms are always clean and management is very chill

When will the hours finally start to normalize. The huge # of people thay came over when esporta closed makes it very crowded, and amongst a lot of the people who go I'm not the only 1wondering when will hours go back to 24/7?

This is a wonderful place for working out. The employees are friendly and answer all the questions you may have. Ample fitness equipment available for use. The area is kept spotless. And the weights are user friendly, along with cardio equipment.

Even at opening hours, nearly all the smith machines are taken and the dumbell area is packed. Cant complete my workouts anymore because somethings always being taken. But management/whoevers in charge refuses to go back to being open 24/7. The semi free weight leg press machine only has 4 of the 45 plates per leg, which then you have to take from the squat machines, which only have 2 of the 45s per side. It seems as though the goal of this "fitness center" is to keep your goal low & will try to prevent you from any overachieving.

I love planet fitness I’ve been a member for at least 10 years Two years ago I suffered a heart attack and was unable to exercise as I started to recover I returned to Planet Fitness to rehabilitate I am doing well thanks to the staff at Planet Fitness thank you for all your help and assistance

I can not believe how disrespectful the 2 lady managers are at this location. I tried asking for help about the drain in the shower and was completely ignored until I had to walk around the facility and find someone to help me. It's just sad when you try to get help and get ignored than when finally greeted by one of them about what problem I was experiencing they were very rude and disrespectful in how they spoke.

I love this location! I've been to others that weren't quite so clean, and not so friendly.this location has the best of both!
Lots of equipment to choose from, always working well, always clean, and great staff! Always smiling! Especially Joe hes always friendly and waves makes me feel very welcome and encouraged!

I'm a truck driver and stop at locations everywhere, by far one of the best Planet Fitness. Awesome staff, clean and working equipment and the shower was great. Finally had my first shower with good water pressure and not just luke warm water. Thanks for making my day!

Very welcoming, the staff is always smiling and there for me whenever I have a question. Very clean and comfortable environment. Love it here. Would recommend to friends and family.

Decided to try this gym out due to my normal gym closing however after giving it 2 months I realize this is not the gym for me due to every time I ask a question regarding the massage tables the tanning beds the gym equipment Etc.the employees there do not seem to know the answer so that tells me they are not trained very well and also the place is so small that I feel like I'm on top of people just being there so I cancelled and I will wait for a different gym that fits my comfort.

They have a friendly staff at this location. The place is always clean. Every time I visit this location someone is walking around cleaning. They either have a duster in hand, a mop and bucket or spray to clean the machines. The bathroom and locker room is always nice and clean as well. Its my favorite planet fitness location.

I went in to check out the Planet Fitness in Casa Grande to possibly sign up for a membership. The assistant manager Jess was upfront checking people in, I had asked about checking out the gym and she said I could not. She didn’t even offer to show me around and not once did she even smile but instead she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She stared me down, was unprofessional and spoke very rudely to me. Jess overall has really poor customer service and a big attitude problem. I felt very offended with this experience.

I HATE PLANET FITNESS. I asked if I could carry a small cinch to keep my asthma meds on me sure no problem. Ohhh 1 month in nope no bags even small ones. They enforce stupid petty rules but let men hog benches and bully women in the weight area. They are lucky they are the only gym here. They don't judge unless you are true FITNESS person too. Heaven forbid you lift heavey and use a gallon jug to track your water. Lucky it cheap but I will continue to say I HATE PLANET FITNESS

You have warm, friendly and genuine staff who always great me with a smile, and are very, very polite and patient with my disability. I talk endlessly to voices that I hear around me - and your employees are always sympathetic. I once even took off my shirt while I was exercising on the treadmill, and the sweet, sweet and pretty young darker skinned girl (I can't remember her name at the moment.) but she is always busy cleaning, mopping and often greets me between the hours of 3pm - 6pm.she very, very respectfully, delicately, and hoping not to offend me, compassionately asked me to please put my t-shirt back on; many other places would have been dismissive and rude, and maybe even asked me to leave the club. I need to get her name for you.one day she will make a strong and sensitive, intelligent.basically someone and something wonderful for the right person, position and place! There is also, a super, super sweet young man with shirt dark hair, light skin and black reading glasses who is incredibly warm and personable (and for me feels like and old dear friend). Whomever does the hiring for the Casa Grande Planet-Fitness does a great job, they are the true heart of your success. Please share this with them and tell them thank you from the middle-aged, rambling, kind of crazy (but knows that he is) club member who always uses the treadmill near the men's bathroom, (Gary) Samuel Besner

The Casa Grande Planet Fitness is a clean, well kept location with friendly staff. Great place to get your workouts in!

I went in today and Cory was just awesome. He truly cares about his customers. I appreciate his great customer service.
