Was going to originally give a bad review based on my experience with Taylor and her lack of knowledge on resolving an issue created via the membership portal online and company policies, then... Louis was able to help take care of the issue, resolve the issue, explain and help guide us threw the problem that was created via the automated web process. Managers and support like Louis is 5* thank you!

Effective efficient and productive. Both the hydrobed and hydro chair massages are fantastic. Equipped well for all your body needs.

I would love to give this store four or five stars but every time I go to work out, it is consistently colder. Today I had to wear two shirts and a jacket and was still cold. I'm not sure who sets the temperature or pays the bill but save your money on the air conditioning - Won't be back anytime soon!

The staff is helpful and very friendly. The facility is never too crowded to where you have to wait on a machine. And all the equipment helps beginners easily (and discreetly) learn how to use it. AND I get to bring a guest at no cost! I recommend to all my friends to join!

Avery my trainer at the Surprise location is doing an amazing job in helping me get back into shape! I’ve been out of the gym now for almost a year and it’s crazy how quickly my 73 year old body gets out of shape. Avery has shown me how to exercise correctly and I am so very very glad that Planet Fitness is offering this trainer at no additional charge! You guys don’t allow gym bags, water gallons unless they are tiny ones. I don’t want to refill with your disgusting tap water. I’d like to drink my own water and typically I drink allot of water during a workout. Your gym does the opposite of judgment free zone. The moment I became more physically fit I am harassed by staff about my bag, my water, my workout. I don’t drop weights and yet they still have the nerve to lunk me. I’d love to cancel my membership I couldn’t find how to do that on your page. Your gym is a horrible experience and makes my stomach hurt like I’m going to the principals office anytime I go there. I have several memberships including mountain side, any time fitness, EOS, and Seige. All of those are wonderful places. Your gym is evil, creepy and absolutely disgusting.

I like how easy it is to get in and out, my motivation to work out is easily deterred from the smallest inconvenience unfortunately and planet fitness has so many different machines for whatever you might want to workout for your body goal. Also the employees seem very nice.

I visit Planet Fitness at least 3 - 4 times a week. It's always impeccably clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone is always super nice.

This location is the reason I’m canceling my membership. The manager was very rude, unprofessional and out right unpleasant. The circuit room is a constant issue because of rude members. And the rest of the staff is awkward and unfriendly. They are not welcoming at all. I would recommend any other location than this one, the gym goers and staff combined have made my decision easy. This gym is not for me.

The business is always clean and the employees are friendly. The equipment works, and if you need any help the employees aren’t far away and are willing to help.

Clean facility. Equipment is in good shape and there is plenty to do. Black card is a great way to go and bring a friend.

The gym is clean and all the equipment is in working order. The people at the front desk are super friendly and accommodating.

Most importantly, it's clean! It has all the equipment I need, and the staff is friendly. I tremendously respect that Planet Fitness has not rushed out to raise its membership prices like some other retailers have this past year. Many of those retailers have totally lost my business, while I remain loyal to PF and will readily recommend them to my friends and family.

Great experience. The gym is quieter and calmer than other gyms. I don't feel judged. The atmosphere encourages me to try hard as there aren't a bunch of, what I call meatheads, showing off how much they can lift as they grunt loudly. I do recommend them. No pushy sales, I'm very HAPPY
