Planet Fitness, Nogales AZ

I've been a member of Planet Fitness for over 15 years. I've never wanted to transfer out of one until I joined this gym. If you are going to enfore rules, you should have signs posted and also list them on the website. Yet, the signs that are posted (no cellphone use on the floor or in the locker room) are useless because the employees allow it. I also wish they would fix the lights in the shower area and the broken showerhead which has been that way since I joined almost 3 months ago.

I've could've not find a better place. Clean equipment and wonderful personal specially the managers great people. I definitely would recommend this gym to everyone.great kid and thank you so much for the treatment I receive from everyone

If you want to really gym this is right place. Everything is perfect except there is no scale (Weight Machine). And, very professional staff.

Good gym but too crowded all the time they need a bigger space.also very hot and stuffy because too many people

Is there no manager to talk to at 5 AM? The gym temp is to cold. People its 26 degrees outside! Why do we need it to be 62 inside the gym and still turn on the fans? !? None of the workers listen to when anyone tells them its too cold… not even seeing that everyone is working out in sweats.

I just met with Dalia Alcoverde and Denia Lugo at the PF in Nogales, Arizona. I wanted to express how well they treated me and how considerate they were in helping me prepare a gift membership for my 15 y/o.

They went above and beyond to meet my needs and were very kind to me. Service like this isn’t seen anymore unfortunately, they truly represent PF to the highest degree.

This place could be better, I’ve been here in the Nogales branch several times and this particular guy is always on the phone, and I’m trying to get some information and ignored me, Kept looking at his phone and talking to his buddies.

I just saw a staff member go up to a male patron commenting on their muscle shirt. Meanwhile not saying anything to the female patrons wearing much much less. Doesn't seem fair

It's clean, friendly, and gets the job done. The main selling point like most PFs are the cardio machines but the various stations or areas are nice in terms of motivated ng me to remember to do the functional exercises as well as the more popular ones. With so many different things to do it helps motivate me on those days I might otherwise just go home.

Clean gym, plenty of equipment for everyone to use. The staff is really great, especially Mark. He helped me with my membership and every time I came in he would always say hi and make me feel welcome. Such a great person, I really appreciated him being so kind.

Always clean and respectable workers. Also the environment is positive and there's a sense of a family there.

I am a member at a Planet Fitness in Phoenix. Different franchisee, I'm sure. My gym enforces the mask requirement. This place does not. At least half of the patrons were not wearing masks. Probably closer to 2/3. Would not recommend until you've been vaccinated.

Good everything, the personal, the machines, the bathrom is very clean, station for sanitizacion
