This is about the third time I've come to this location the women's restroom is always filty not clean. I would never work out at this facility

Nice equipment & friendly staff at the front, but recently due to my work schedule I can’t make it there as much so I wanted to freeze my account. I was told to send an email, which I did, yet I am still being charged 2 months later. I called again and was told to send an email to the same email provided prior, which is the manager. So moral of the story, if you want to freeze or cancel your account, it’s gonna be a pain to do so. Hoping they can get this resolved ASAP!

Great gym to workout! Especially during this epidemic. I always feel safe because it's so clean.

Every morning, even at 5AM the staff has always been warm and welcoming!

Something as small as “Hi have a great workout! ” or “Bye have a great day! ” at 5-6AM makes me feel great, and I always have a good day when I start it at my planet fitness and it’s all thanks to the staff.
When the staff greets me or says goodbye it never seems like they are forced - it’s genuine. Normally people up early to work have this ‘I hate my life and job’ attitude but not here at PF!

I’ve never dealt with machine issues, I get in and get out no issues ever.

Pretty much worst gym ever. I’ve made a comment to management about asking for ANYTHING local in sports or GAME 7’s for playoffs with an answer they have no control over it. Yet without any vision or understanding of ur market, we have CNN, Fixer Upper, and ABC’s “family shows” lineup on every freaking tv. The ineptitude of leadership having the innate ability to put anything on to enjoy while doing cardio in my hometown and a life of being active in sports is forcing me to take me and my wife’s membership elsewhere. Thanks for dropping the ball you “Lunks”

Was lied to about when i was gonna b charged on my account i got one of the deals 7 days b4 the 17th of july and was told i wouldnt have to pay the monthly until August 17 and annu charge on the 1st of September but it was a lie i got chargedv7 days after i purchaesd never got a tour i had to ask someone to show me how to work machines but the Gm did give me a free month

Their "clunker" alarm is so loud I left with a headache. And once per month they really do offer bagels and another day pizza. This doesn't make sense since these are like the worst things on the planet to eat while trying to get healthy or fit. On the up side these gyms are kept very clean and they offer pretty reasonable membership prices.

Oh my gosh, I love it. It's comfortable, the staff are nice, the locker rooms are clean and pretty. I'm really happy with my membership.

You get what you pay for in a gym. It's open 24/7 and nation wide but the equipment is poor quality and minimal free weights are available. If you want a serious workout go to a serious gym.

Love the atmosphere here. The staff always greets you as you leave and come in. The facilities are nice and well kept. I just wish they had a daycare because I would pay 20 more dollars a month for it and come every day!

Great location and friendly staff, albeit a bit eager to make a quick sale. Plenty of machines and equipment. I was surprised by all of the extra amenities like tanning, hydro massage, and massage chairs. Along with unique training sessions

I have been an off and on member here for several years. A couple good employees and early mornings being empty always lures me back.

There always changing you money out of no where when it's only suppose to be 10 dollars a month I been having this problem every other month and they always have excuses. And the first day when I went to the gym i was suppose to get a tour and nothing I just got a tee shirt and didn't really get explained how it would work with the payments worst place ever!

Physical gym is varied and in good working order. Equipment great for strengthening, stretching and coordination. Love the two Fitness Gyms we use.

This location always has broken eqipnent that goes undetected. I never see any of the employees checking for broken equipment or the trainer walking around actually looking to help people working out. You can hardly hear the music. I frequently see people who can hurt themselves using the machines improperly but ignore it, hey no judgement. Seems like the manager is the only employee who really cares here and he is only one person always working.

There seems to be an uptick on keeping up equipment which is nice cuz there was a point there where everything seemed to be falling into disarray. Must be New Management, and if so they're doing a better job than before.

I like everything except for bench press incline and the decline press machine. So much so that had to buy my own free weights because I was not pleased with the result after one month of using your machines. I will say this again that free weights work better most machines. I am not a beginner to working out.

What really grinds my gears was the music they been playing. Its very annoying and disturbing. It was really hard to concentrate when the song itself was repetitive, and the water taste bad for some reason. The equipment wasnt bad and the free weights.

When I first walked into the gym, I had a very impersonal welcome. For a new member I wasn't given a tour of this location. I wasn't told about the equipment. I was very, very disappointed with that staff that day. I also was trying to get more information about how the billing would work towards my account. The young lady your customer service representative just ignored me. She asked what size of tee shirt I'd like.

I'm a black card member so I go to whichever gym is closer to me. Today I went to the one on Thomas and was amazed and disappointed. Their relaxation room was quiet and isolated which was great. The equipment all looks new. The only downside is it's really hot in there. There weren't a lot of people but the staff told me they don't know how to work the fans. It was too hot to continue my work out so the new equipment no longer mattered.
