The new equipment is really nice. First time back since before Quarantine and I like what they did with the place. Can definitely feel the workout again though. Glad to finally be back.

The facility was clean, all the employees were wearing masks, the equipment was set up for social distancing, I felt very comfortable and safe. Thanks guys and gals, GREAT JOB.

I just joined but so far, I think it's great. A trainer, Zachary, is designing a program for my specific needs. Thanks Zach.

Solid gym for the price that’s 24hrs. Never crowded but not super empty. Majority of the members here know gym edict.

From out of town, this is one of the bigger Planets I've been to and the first Stand-alone planet I've been too. Facility was clean, staff was professional. My only gripe was for a facility this size there is zero investment into equipment for battle ropes, box jumps, or pullup bars, and with so much floor space it's a real shock that Planets half the size of this one have more equipment. 4/5 for lack of unique equipment

What an absolute joke of a gym. This is where the “soft” kind work out. Never again will I step foot in such a pathetic place.

I always give any Planet Fitness a max of 3 stars. Somebody complained that I had a small backpack on the floor which caused them to almost fall.also, I left the treadmill on between my sets. Planet fitness will always be a beginners / old people gym.

If you’re cool with that, this location is in general pretty good. Clean facility. Clean bathrooms. Open floor plan. Came a few times in the morning and a few times in the evenings. Both times weren’t too packed. Friendly staff.

A lot of the equipment is broken. They put a metal bar in slot of the weight setting because it is broken. Females DO NOT greet you when coming in. Stair climbers shake like enough weight isn’t holding them done. They more side to side. A lot of the machines need replacing!

Cool location. Actually fun to work out at. Staff is cool and leaves you be which is awesome. Highly recommend this one.

The remodel is great, I am really enjoying the new equipment. I just wish they would remodel the shower areas. There are only three showers and two dressing rooms. Whoever did that math failed! Lol. The newer Planets around town have epic shower/changing areas. I wish they would take the same care at this one. It's really tough to get ready for work in the am after a workout. Especially during the New Years resolutioner season (January-March) 3.5 stars.

Watched an employee help an older who was throwing up in the bathroom for about half an hour. Even stood there and held the bag for him.

You don’t see that kind of service anywhere. Says a lot about this gym.

Btw, Dude should get a raise.

The other locations I've visited where much cleaner and the staff much nicer. Limited equipment and space

If i could give the staff less than a star I would. They charged me four times the same month, then argued with me when i wanted to cancel my membership.

Great gym! It’s always very clean, quiet, and the staff are friendly. Everyone there seems like down to earth regular people and I don’t feel intimidated. I would highly recommend this gym.

The gym is by far the best for its cost. Although there’s a $49 annual fee as well as a $40 signup fee. Despite its great amenities and cost, the staff are incredibly rude and very unprofessional.

For a place thats supposed to be positive they certainly have a lot of big bold capital NOs everywhere. They are absolutely filled to the brims with restrictions. Who doesnt want to sign a contract just for a gym that you cant even breathe properly in because calm strained breaths make even the slightest sound and thats going to seriously disturb everyone over the loud music. Sincerly hope this place closes and makes room for a decent company that cares about fitness over being 100% judgemental.

Very happy to have joined Planet Fitness on Oracle. Not crowded, super clean, and all of the equipment that I need.

Awesome price, but they want your financial banking information. They refuse to do recurring credit card billing. Will only let you join if you give them permission do directly pull money from Checking account. I will never join as long as this policy is in effect

Friendly staff and good equipment. People complain about a lunk alarm. Yet, I have never heard it go off. I'm only giving 4 stars because of the bank account being required, other than that it is worth going for the price.
