PNC Bank, Prescott Valley AZ

It amazes me that this location has such bad reviews. I had financial needs as we are purchasing a home. Nanette noticed right away that we were not benefitting as much as we could be from our savings and took the steps to make the most of our money. Her follow up is to be commended. When you walk into this branch it is nice to be greeted with a smile. Angel was also able to step up and get us exactly what we needed on very short notice. And thank you Stephen for making sure my message got where it needed to be.

It seems to be a pretty solid bank. I've had no issues concerning them. Very friendly and helpful staff

Horrible tech support. BBVA was a terrific back. Now I’ve closed all my accounts and gone elsewhere. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid!

Avoid this bank. Since PNC took over BBVA the service is horrible. Customer service does not care or have a clue. They are fee happy and crooks, I recommend going with Capital One or Discover Checking.

I had an issue on transferring 2 Accounts & met with Mark B. At this branch. Mark took care of my situation in a very professional & courteous manner & resolved my problems.

Won't help with simple transactions. Couldn't care less! Been with them for YEARS! Ridiculously sad and pathetic ONGOING customer service. And covid just gives them an even bigger excuse to be pathetic.

My account was hacked and John, the branch manager, sat down with me for over 2 hours with only one teller on staff to help me out. Amazing staff!
