Pokitrition - Sushi Burritos & Poke reviews
16Ordered online. Took 50 minutes to get our food. Stood there in the store watching customers walk in, order with a friendly guy, get their food made and leave while the s-l-o-w guy apparently assigned to mobile orders just took his time. I asked a couple times about my order and was told they were short staffed. Literally waited 50 minutes for two burritos and 2 bowls. Finally when he was done, he walked around the counter, sat the bag by the register, tossed a straw on top of the bag and walked away. I asked if it was my food and he didn’t even answer me. Strangest experience I’ve had in a while. Food was good but won’t go back to that location.
I love their Sriracha aioli sauce! It tastes creamy with a hint of Sriracha. I always love the spice-sea signature with a scoop of avocado
There was a mishap, but the customer service solved the issue pleasantly via text message.
Delicious poke! Server dude was tremendously friendly, helpful, and patient. They have quick and awesome service- your meal is prepared right in front of you and you can be in and out with your meal in 3-5 minutes. Prices are decent for fresh raw fish. The extras don’t seem to add up like they do in some other poke places I’ve been in.
Overall, great experience and my new found place to eat while working. I’m glad I have this joint on my route.
Pokitrition’s Fire Chicken Burrito: A Flavour Fiesta!
Calling all taste adventurers! The fire chicken burrito at Pokitrition is an absolute winner. I’ve indulged in its spicy goodness multiple times and it never disappoints. However, the new setup falls a bit short on the friendliness scale. Kiosk orders have replaced the personalized touch that used to come from interacting with associates.
Rating: (3 out of 5)
The explosive flavors earn major points, but the transition to kiosk orders dampens the warm atmosphere I once loved. Still worth a visit for that fiery burrito fix!
I recently visited Pokitrition and while the food was delicious, I'm disappointed to share that this was the third consecutive visit marred by poor experiences. On this occasion, I was dismayed to find the restaurant being prepared for closure an hour ahead of schedule. As a result, there were no available seats inside, leaving us with no choice but to eat outside in the scorching Arizona heat after the chairs were stacked away.
The staff's behavior further compounded our dissatisfaction. The young woman attending to us seemed indifferent and exhibited noticeable annoyance at our presence. She spoke unclearly and avoided making eye contact, even responding rudely when we requested her to repeat herself. Unfortunately, her attitude wasn't isolated to our party; she and another male employee displayed the same impatience and rudeness towards a group of eight people who arrived after us.
Adding to the ordeal, a fellow patron entered after us and reported that she had been informed of the restaurant's closure, only to return once she saw us receiving our food. This kind of inconsistency in communication only serves to exacerbate the negative experience.
It's disheartening to report that this marks the third time that the staff's behavior has overshadowed the otherwise enjoyable food at Pokitrition. I sincerely hope that the management takes these recurring issues seriously and implements measures to ensure that every visit lives up to the quality of their cuisine.
We generally order online and then go to the store and pick up stuff has been ready prompt on time nice and fresh burritos are amazing and I love the miso soups!
I was walking by and saw this place. The spicy sea burrito was so amazing it was very flavorful and I added avocado. The girl with the glasses did a great job and helping me choose.
The poke is really good and services is great. It's a little bit small so the seating can be limited at times. Other than that it's one of my favorite places.
First time here, and the guy saw my order, asked if I was vegan and if I'd like for him to change his gloves and wipe the counter first. I've never had anyone ask that before, and I appreciate the heck out of that kind of service. So incredibly considerate, and will absolutely be back here again because the food is delicious! Thank you for being so attentive and awesome.
I didn't know this stuff existed. It's delicious. I had salmon, crab and seaweed stacked on rice and some green seeds.
The food is fresh and nicely portioned. The staff are always professional al, fast and professional. Prices are fair. The atmosphere is ok; Sometimes the music is a little loud and the seating is ample but bland.
Always a good time when I swing by for lunch. Fish is fresh and you can’t go wrong for something this light but filling meal.
The workers here are always so kind and generous with portioning! Absolutely love stopping by after a good workout.
It's a hoke in the wall, strip center sushi ish place. Pricing was industry adverage. Service was on the spot and friendly. The 2 protein bowl I ordered were very, very tasty and fresh.
It's okay but not great. Too expensive for what you get. They only have tuna and salmon as protein options. Just meh.
