I have been on the waitlist to see a therapist for 13 months now. This place makes me feel even more hopeless. There's nowhere to get help for mental health in this town.

This office on Centerpoint Drive IS NOT Polara Health but Ponderosa Pediatrics and newly named Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Group, Pediatrics.

I was turned away today (3/3/22) because I am a self-pay patient. I was told they only have the staff to help people with insurance.

I am in the middle of a mental health crisis. It is already tremendously hard to ask for help in this state. But to be told that others are more worthy of being helped than me because of how I pay is devastating.

I have a life, a family, a job. I am doing the best that I can to be a productive member of society and to get helped. But to constantly be kicked in the face after putting everything into this system and getting ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in return makes everything absolutely hopeless.

They gave me no referrals to anyone else. No nothing. Told me to get lost basically.

OUR SYSTEM IS ABSOLUTELY BROKEN.

Thank you for nothing.

This is what you'll get if you go here. Waiting months for appointments just to have every single one of them canceled right before hand and then being told it's my problem to figure out how to get my meds refilled. It's also depressing to sit on hold for 4 hours one day, being moved up the queue and finding out that the facility isn't open like it says it is online so Iwasted 4 hours of my life trying to fix something they broke. It's depressing to sit on hold for another 20 minutes to make another appointment that someone at your office canceled on me (AGAIN) just to get hung up on in the middle of trying to find out where to go for the apointmet. Oh and let's not forget about the fact that everyone in that office has spoken to me like I'm a toddler who will get easily confused if you speak too fast or use normal words. I record all of my phone calls and have documented every encounter and issue and I'll be filing reports for mistreatment, neglected and abuse to the Arizona State Department of Health, the Arizona Ombudsman and anyone else who will listen. Your facility has caused me so much stress, upset, wasted time, missed medications and appointments and have done me so much more harm them good. I really hope this facility is able to hire some people who actually care about the clients and have some compassion over what they are doing to people and what people go through every time you screw them over. I've never in my life encountered a facility this negligent in their handling of patient care. I feel for anyone else dealing with this facility.

I'm so sorry but this place just gets gradually worse. I HAD an amazing therapist in the kids section until maybe 2 months ago due to put growing the section. Got another therapist and I call to cancel qn appointment just for them to tell me I no longer even have a therapist. What a joke. No wonder the people in this town are so depressed and have no will to seek help

Horrible. Do not go here. They do not call back when messages are left. They do not inform you that they are not in network with your insurance. If you need medication and it needs pre-authorization it will not be handled in a timely manner. We are still waiting 2 weeks after a prescription has been written for them to get the pre-approval for the prescription. I would give them zero star rating if possible.

They are providing telehealth services during COVID-19, and my experiences with WYGC (namely Dr. Jensen and Dr. Guernsey) have only been positive.

I do not like the brain classes it's a waste of time with earon and john on.zoom you're guy are no help not I don't like coming on Wednesdays and Mondays this jimmy

Been going to this clinic since the 90s. Have called several time no response to a medication issue. Told case manager she sent email still no response. Told therapist she as well sent email still no response. I guess they want you to crash and burn before you can get help.

Dr. Susan frost is the worst psychiatrist I ever seen I tried to ask her if my fatigue may be due to depression and she didn’t give me a clear answer.she was in half an hour late. Talked to het for 10 minutes and I will not be going back. AHCCCS Is new to me and I’m starting to think any place that takes it is no good
