I recently had my house and shop re roofed by Polaris. Justin and Kyle are very easy to work with. Very attentive and very thorough. Justin personally oversaw all the estimate and work. All I can say is he exceeded my already high expectations. His communication during the entire project was excellent. The quality of workmanship was superb and his work crew was a pleasure. We were very happy working with Justin! From start to finish it was a smooth process. Justin's crew did a great job and kept the job site clean all day, not just at the end of the day. He explained the process so we knew exactly what to expect. He brought us shingle samples and also suggested other homes we could view that used the shingles we were considering. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Polaris. I wish his company did roof work in the Phoenix area.

We had a leak from the roof dripping down near the furnace last Friday and I called Polaris after seeing all the five-star reviews. I can see why the company has such good reviews. It was Friday afternoon and after I called the office, I received a call from Kyle, one of the technicians, who gathered all the relevant information about the leak over the phone while driving to my house. He was there less than 30 minutes after I first called Polaris. He fixed the issue quickly, answered all my questions and was awesome to work with. It was our first time with a roof issue and the experience went as well as it could have thanks to Kyle and Polaris. Big thanks to Kyle, we'll definitely use Polaris again.

Justin Young is exactly the type of residential contractor that any homeowner hopes will show up when a project needs completed. His communication and responsiveness were superior, from my initial phone call, through the insurance inspection and until the project was completed. His roofing crew were thorough and fast, and very importantly they were meticulous to ensure the job site was clear of all nails, shingles and other materials once the new roof had been installed. I wish there more contractors in Flagstaff that operated like Polaris Roofing.

Polaris Roofing in Flagstaff, Arizona was Professional and fast in completing my shingle replacement. They completed the project in just one day on my 2 story, 1,300 square foot house; that really impressed me. The crew placed tarps on the ground and over bushes all around the house to catch material that fell from the roof, then they cleaned up every scrap of material around the house. Polaris did a great job and my roof looks wonderful.

Justin was spot on with what he proposed and contract was completed on budget and on time. More importantly, the crew were hard workers with dedication to doing a great job. The workers had a positive attitude and it was completed better than we anticipated. Great staff always makes the boss look good.

We had several options for metal roofing contractors, but Justin and the team at Polaris by far had the best service and products. Highly impressed with the crew and the work!

1. So far, Justin submitted a repair estimate and scope of work to my insurance company. They are sending a supplemental check, which will more than double my amount for the repairs. I highly recommend this company, as they honestly take care of their customers.

2. Well, here's the update I promised. The entire job, tear off, installation and cleanup was completed in 7 hours. I've never seen a crew work so fast. Their expertise and attention to detail are second to none. Thanks to Justin Young, I received the proper funds from my insurance company and now have a new, high quality architectural shingle roof that should last more than 3 decades. I want to also thank Don Woodard for getting the ball rolling at the beginning, when he reviewed the previous inspector's evaluation and scope of work, where he noticed quite a number of necessary items.such as, missing county code requirements. Excellent job, guys!
By the way.my neighbor was so impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials, he had his roof replaced by Polaris a few says later! What's that say about this company?

Went to Polaris for a roof replacement and could not be happier with my experience. Justin and Don were amazing to work with. Justin and Polaris did a great job for us. The initial quote contained photos of our damaged roof, and Justin talked us through the options. The final amount for the roof was exactly what was quoted.
