There was a cockroach right by my foot on the floor. It was a huge bummer considering the food and service was so good, was fully enjoying the experience until I looked down and saw that. Eewww

Delicious food, so good. Knowledgeable, engaging and helpful wait staff. Neat spot but we were so cold we didn't want to stay for dessert. The check couldn't come fast enough. (Yes, we had on sweaters and jackets, appropriate for the weather and dinner)

Wonderful service and the dishes were so amazing. We paired our pasta dishes with the Italian Red Wine the server recommended and it was phenomenal. We will definitely be back.

I wrote a review about 2 weeks ago n was looking at others. It all could be alot better! Food needs to be improved immediately! Service needs improvement waiter n busses have alot of potential but need training. Chef needs to go back to cooking school! Prices need to go down! And when an Owner writes LOL at a review! He also needs to find different work very sad n would never recommend this restaurant. Feel sorry for the polite waiters n bussers for they were trying with obviously no training!
Im From north west coast where food is much more appreciated n customers or never wrong. (if polite) and also Accommodated if possible!

Sat at the bar and ordered from the happy hour menu, which is more elevated than most happy hour menus. Ordered the chicken piccata and homemade fettuccine Alfredo and must it was among the BEST I've had. I can't wait to go back and get the exact order again. Another diner ordered the chicken parmesan and said it was great too and it was a lot of food for an appetizer. Their limoncello was better than most I've tried because it wasn't as strong.more my speed.

Very strange menu. I lived in Italy and it was nothing like I remembered. Very expensive, very few normal choices and my friend had salmon and it was flacky and good in the center but dry on the ends. Pasta was not fully cooked? So disappointed as there just aren't any good Italian restaurants in the immediate area. Waited to order and it was nor that busy.

Good service, beautiful place. My food was not good. Chicken was tough and too much skin and bones.

It's pricey but absolutely worth it. Handmade pasta was amazing and perfectly cooked. Caesar salad was one of the best I've had, but definitely anchovy-forward. Porcini ravioli and short rib ravioli were both to die for. Muscle appetizer was also excellent. They even have a selection of imported Italian beer. Literally 0 complaints.

We came for my 61st b.d. With another couple. Cowboys! We love Viola and Frederico! They treat us like rock stars! Beautiful food and service, nice and upscale in any matter of speaking. As for me. I'm the Cowboy contingent to promote this wonderful place over any boots nailed to the wall place! Been there, done that! Thank you Viola and all your staff for a memorable evening and birthday celebration.

Dont know about the food, but I drove 40 minutes to get here for my wedding anniversary and the entire place had such a foul odor we had to leave. Smelled like a mix between old frying oil, mold and cleaner. Was just too much, gave us headaches so we left before we ordered food. I asked the server what the smell was but he acted like he couldn't smell anything. Just couldn't imagine paying 65 dollars for a plate and eating it through that stench.

Food overcooked and flavorless, total waste of money. I told manager this, since he asked how everything was (don't ask if you don't want to know) and he tried to convince me otherwise. I told him to stop. He gave us a comp cannoli dessert and guess what, it was awful too. Second time there, first was also bad but wife wanted to give it another try, she now regrets it.
