Pong Pong Chinese Restaurant, Phoenix AZ

Very disappointed in todays delivery. The PUPU platter was actually POO POO. The BBQ pork was super dry and so were the beef skewers and 1 crab puff was missing. My coworker ordered chicken and broccoli and got beef broccoli. Been coming here for years and super unhappy i recommended this for our work lunch.

Ordered the House Special Chicken. Came with fried rice, a wonton and an egg roll. The special chicken came in savory ginger sauce. The chicken was nice and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. A wonderful lunch. No dine in yet but will be back again. Great food.

This is such a cute little restaurant. Very refreshing inside. Theres so much room in the building, the employees were very welcoming, and friendly. They answered all of my questions. The plates come with an egg roll also, and the food is made to order.

Been ordering from here for a long time. Food is always great and the service is very friendly. Food is always ready when they say it will be for pick up and delivery is usually pretty quick. Wouldn't order from anywhere else in this area!

Y’all tripping I saw this one girl say that they were rude well listen here you were probably a Karen, rude of you to think those lovely people giving the service are rude, btw the food is great for vegans too so try their vegan options!

Best Chineese restaurant in the valley! Trust me, I have tried many & none compare. Very happy to have you back in my life! The Sesame chicken & beef is to die for! And don't even get me started on the pots tickers!

This place is the best and I'm so glad it's back open, I need my pong pong fix! The food is amazing the the family that runs it are the sweetest people, always friendly and very welcoming when you dine inside or get delivery.

We ate here and got take out for the first time tonight, and I have to say this was great Chinese food. We got orange chicken, sesame chicken, and lo mein. Everything was excellent.

We go to Pong Pong's about once a month. The woman who waits the tables knows my whole family and can repeat our order to us before we order. The food is great and the price is great. This doesn't bother me at all but I could see the decor as a sticking point for some people. If you can look past that you will enjoy it.

They give you a lot of food at a good price and the meals really good also I highly recommend it

Food was absolutely abhorent and hard to eat. The servings were 90% rice, and the meat was like rubber and tasted downright wrong. The "mongolion beef" was definetly NOT mognolion beef. The noodles in the chow mein were soggy, and had a strange and unnatural fish flavor to them. Also got sick to my stomach afterwards.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have been able to find in Phoenix they are not only great in the restaurant but they also deliver like the wind.

Very welcoming Family-Owned business. Ive been goin there for 10yrs. My best friend has gone there longer. Mandi is the main wsitress. You might tun in to her brother. I have tried a lot of different selections on the menu, but do stick to my favies.

Best local chinese restaurant. Have been coming here for 15 years. Highly recommend. Nice for family dinner or romantic lunch of dinner with your partner. They deliver.

Since 2013 I've been a customer and always great food served or delivered with up most politeness. Last time I had ordered they forgot my coke, no biggie. I arrived and there was no one in the front to greet you. Second I had to wait in line for 5 minutes before someone came from the kitchen to acknowledge I was there.
