Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen reviews
15Stop! Before you spend $20 on this dirty overpriced, over processed garbage, take the 8 min walk to the Roadrunner Kafe. It's located in the KOA Campground. For the same $$$ you can get a home cooked meal with great service. If you are a trucker, the fresh food and walk will do you good.
I hate even giving any stars at all, I’ve only ate at Wilcox AZ Popeyes2 times. Both times they don’t know the difference in tenders or legs or breasts $45 and 30 minutes later for 2 people to eat and the wrong order upsets me a little, Ev
Strictly speaking on the food - I’m keto, and I love their mild blackened tenders in a pinch. This location made them fresh to order and they were delicious. The food was five stars for me. I can’t speak on literally any other item.
BUT. The prices are outrageous. You’re looking at paying two to three times more here. I paid $22 for an 8-piece a la carte.
It could also use a little cleaning up in the dining area.
The employees are nice and address you when they’re making their rounds, though.
Largest Popeyes sandwich I've ever gotten. Donna was very friendly and courteous, the world needs more people her!
I use the app and saved a ton of money and didn't have to wait in line or wait very long to get my food and the food was great as always!
First of all it took 20 mins to get my food, I got 6 pieces chicken tenders, they were so skinny and had barely any meat then was over cooked and burned. Only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes and biscuits.way over priced
Highway Robbery! I was dumb enough to pay it, but I was hungry. If you can avoid it, DO SO. I paid $17 for a 5 piece Chicken Strips, not even the meal, just the strips. This location is 3 times the price of locations in a city. I Love Popeyes, but I won’t be getting it from here ever again!
One of the worst experiences I've had with this place. First, hygiene, the women working needed to wear bras and brush their teeth, all of them. Next, it took 25 mins to box up three orders of chicken, 2 orders ahead of me and then ours. This chicken was old enough to vote. Nasty.
I like it. We go there bout once a month. The only thing I don't like is the line with no place for a disabled person to sit down n wait my turn.
Lousy customer service, fighting and yelling between employees in the back when someone yelled for 14 pies when it should have been 6, and food that wasn't cooked all of the way. Definitely do not recommend. It's more expensive than other popeyes too.
Not sure if they need to just replace the old crew but wait till is usually 10 min with customers standing around looking at each other while they got plenty of chicken just sitting out
Great food. Good service. Still excellent food, but service was a bit slow. Almost typical of most restaurants nowadays, with no one wanting to work fast food.
They were decent, but the price is unreal for a 2 piece. You're talking >$11.50 for a 2 piece combo. When did chicken start fetching steak prices. But seriously, the sandwiches that we purchased were hot and fresh and we enjoyed them.
Not impressed with the cashier who is not only rushing orders (I get it) but not actually listening to the order. I asked for 8 nuggets. He didn't confirm the order or anything simply told me the total and I paid. (Total was about what I expected for nuggets) I got the reciept which listed my order as two 4-piece tenders. I thought maybe it was a system issue so I didn't say anything, store is busy after all. I understand that I'm getting more food but I don't like the tenders and I don't eat much, so it's going to be a lot of wasted food.
