Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Prescott AZ

Gabby was wonderful. It was our first time ever eating at a Popeyes and she made an incredibly positive experience and we will definitely be coming back. Would give it a 10 out of 10 if they let me

I’ve used the drive thru 6-7 times the last few months and they got the order wrong/left out items 4 times. I kid you not. The food quality is nice then the next time you go there everything is dry and cold. Why does the nearest popeyes to me have to be like this? Fml

Food was great and the service was great considering that they were shorthanded. They still have a lot of problems with their pay system.
Been trying to use the same gift card for 4 months now and their register still didn't recognize it, and it's a popeyes gift card.

I usually get good food here

5 piece dinner was three dry wings and one an half breasts, all basically inedible.
Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes delicious.

I have consistently ordered chicken nugget meal from the Prescott Valley location and it has always always been delicious, like melt in your mouth, but today came from Prescott location and I cannot eat them they are so tough. I ordered from Door Dash $28.00

They were extremely short on staff, though with only one counter and one cook the service was great and we were not pressed for time. The saving grace is it is a new store. From there it is downhill. All the tables needed to be wiped down. We cleaned our own. The floor needed attention from food, crumbs and bits of litter. Yes, one could the floor had been mopped but the mop water had not not been changed s lots of streaks and swishing the grime around. The restrooms were fithy. The sink was black as if was at an auto shop. The toilet, let's say a recent user was very explosive and had left evidence of his relief. Litter, and the floor hadn't seen a cleaning in a long time. Though we'll stocked. The food hot and delicious. The lot was clean perhaps because it was windy.

This is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Today is Friday, September 29th and I'm sitting here for the third time waiting in the drive-thru for them to bring my food to me. Last time I was sitting here for 25 minutes, now it's been 13. I would highly suggest no one coming to this Popeyes ever. This is the worst Popeyes restaurant I've ever freaking been to in my life. If I was able to give this place a zero star I would 100%.

Food was delicious, staff was friendly. Update, 6 months later, 17 minutes and still no food. Staff looks flustered, frantic.

The manager Nate was awful to use. After calling in for missing ideam and to inform them of their poor customer service, they called me back harassing me. Asking be is I was proud of myself over and over. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

It's supposed to be fast food. Waited 15 minutes to pick up an Uber Eats order, not acceptable. Unhelpful employees.

The staff here is always so accommodating and seems so short handed everytime but handles it so professionally & so kind!

Nathaniel and danny are literally amazing. Nathaniel made my entire week and is seriously the most kind and genuine person ever. Thank you so much to the both of you for helping me today. How does a fast food chicken restaurant NOT have any chicken ready to go? Place wasn't busy. Cashier got the order wrong, and it took them 37 minutes to produce 16 pieces of chicken. And they bagged it to go to add insult to injury. D-.

Everytime I go to this location they get my order wrong, but this time they not only got my order wrong but the young girl working the window was completely out of it, she was saying weird stuff, I gave her my money to pay for the order then she handed it back and asked me to hold it, she took almost four mins to fill three drinks and was staring off into space a lot. Finally she takes my money and I get my change back and she goes to hand me my drinks and she drops one on me, I was soaked in sprite, I was nice and acted like it was fine. Then she hands me someone else's receipt and no one offered to give me a discount or just anything for spilling a drink on me. I don't like being a Karen but for real that wasn't cool

I've given this multiple chances as I like the chicken, but after repeated bad experiences, orders wrong, huge waits without notice, etc. I have to just recommend you stay away.

Had to wait over 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Staff was rude and acted very strange (as if not really aware). Not sure I will every return until they fix there staff and cooking issue

I went to this Popeyes around 8pm and didnt get my food until after 8: 30pm. This was after watching 3 cars after me order and get their food. Very dissapointing. But that wasn't worst part. I ordered the 12 pc for my family and when I got home, all the legs and wings we honeslty the size of buffalo wings. I have pictures to back this up. I love Popeyes but I will not be returning to this one location.

If you go through the drive-thru or take out, I recommend you check your order before you leave. They get it wrong about 1/2 the time they do make it right for your next visit, but it doesn't take away the inconvenience. I LOVE the blackened chicken sandwich, macaroni, and apple pie, the sandwich is packed with flavor, the macaroni tastes homemade and the apple pie is crispy and sweet, literally the best fast food apple pie I've ever had, I might have a slight addiction to it lol
