Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Queen Creek AZ

Literally never have had Popeyes before so tonight I let me husband convince me. I ordered online so my husband could pick it up. We waited at home for about 20 mins because I know even though I clicked the 5 min away button it wasn’t going to be ready because we ordered a family feast. So my husband left to get our food which one would assume they were in the process of making it or it was done. But NOPE! My husband walked in and gave our order number, he said they employees (all teenager girls) looked at him and said ok we’ll start that now. So pretty much my husband was like what? Start now? It should be done or you should be cooking it. I guess these teenager girls were too consumed with their time starting at their other fellow co worker who was the only male worker in there. So on top of my order not being ready they also short changed us a drink. They also bluntly ignored an older lady who walked in and asked if they had a fish sandwich and none of them knew. Never will return to this location unless your employees get some serious training done.

Now you got to try the Fish sandwich! Crazy Cajun! Has a bite to it but I don't like spice and I could handle it! It is craziness addictive! Just imagine if they had one without the spice! And the CRUNCH! OMG! AND IT'S FLOUNDER! SOOOOOOOO AMAZING! Gota try!

If I could give 0 stars I would.every time we go to this location they are out of what seems like half the menu.today when I went we asked if they had any chicken sandwiches the girl gave us attitude and said no we don’t. The last two times we tried going they were out of sandwiches and tenders.very disappointed because it’s the only one near our house.

First time ever at Popeyes and not impressed. The food was good. They got my two orders mixed up and they were out of napkins.weird. The kid behind the counter was clueless about the napkin situation. Gonna try a different Popeyes next time.

They are on point here! Live this location! Food is always great! Service is always fast and friendly! I highly recommend this Popeyes to anyone looking for great food and service!

Food was great so was the service. Elijah took time to make sure my order was correct and was very polite and helpful.

I wanted to give five stars for the guy working behind the counter but the guys boss behind him made me drop two stars for the way she was talking to him other than that places normally clean and the food is always the same

I love Popeyes! The food is great and the service is too. The restaurant is clean. It is one of our favorite places to eat.

The employees are very nice. I had 10 orders and they did not get frustrated even though I could tell it was a major inconvenience to them. The food was also AMAZING and exceeded my expectations!

Way too slow, many customers were waiting 20 to 30 minutes for their order. Manager was unorganized.

The Breast was terrible dry it was over cooked or should have been thrown out hours ago. I like Popeyes normally but they are high priced and this chicken was bad. Years ago they had great onion rings and the Chicken strips were very good. Know I'm just not going there any more.

First time here and had a great experience the chicken was surprisingly ahhhmazing, the crew and manager were very helpful with questions I had. I'll be back!

Food is good and the staff is nice but they are sooooooooo slow. Three cars in the drive through and I've been sitting here for almost 15 minutes. More training please.

0 stars if I could. Orderd 16 pieces of chicken, waited for 39 minutes while they served 20 customers while I waited on my order. When I ask about my order. The kid at the register had a hissy fit. Like I did something wrong. Need I say, I left and went to Chick fil a, a few blocks over. Service they was great. Had my meal & was out the door in less the 7 minutes.

Customer service was good. Took a while for the order. Food was as expected. Not great, not bad. Its popeyes.

Great food but they made us wait 1 hr just to get a 25 piece meal when they said 10min than came back and said 7 more min and we didnt end up getting out food till an hr later for a to go order

Place was clean, service was good, however we just ordered a 16 piece only chicken but when we got home they gave us extra legs and shorted us on breast. We only had 2 breast, kids and wife likes white but i did not mind as I like dark meat. Kids enjoyed the legs instead. All in all it is far better than the other Popeyes at Power and 202 Santan, avoid that one.

Went thru the drive thru, was asked to park in the parking lot because the shrimp took 4 minutes. 20 minutes later, I walked into the restaurant, no one was in line and the workers were standing around doing nothing. I had to remind them of my order and it took 2 of them to put my order together. I ordered 2 things. So frustrating.

Portions vary from one trip to another. Last visit there were flys buzzing around. A little off putting.

This place is the worst! Dirty! Rude Workers! Slow service! The Little Assistant Manager Chic with Red Hair ignored is at the counter for 5 mins before she even greeted us. Trash everywhere!
