Porsche Chandler had excellent service, and was very professional throughout our deal. The dealership was beautiful, and my salesman, Chris was very personable and friendly. He picked both my dad and I up from the airport, and allowed us to check out the car in the show room before signing the paperwork. Made a very fun trip out of it, and I would 100% shop there again.

Wow! I first went to north Scottsdale Porsche because they were closer. They have appointments and 2-3 months away! Not acceptable. I have no idea what I’ll be doing that far ahead. I called Chandler Porsche and they got me in the next week. And they came at no charge to pick up and return my car 100 miles away! They listened to my issues and kept it long enough to duplicate and hence fix them. All software. The other dealer quickly decided I had no problems. This is a great dealership - Chandler Porsche - that has earned my business!

Worst service ever! Brought my 911 Carrera in for a factory recall and decided to get an oil change too. My service rep advised me that Porsche recommends certain maintenance at 24,000 miles. This includes spark plugs, flushing the brake lines and more. Also had 2 new Michelin Pilot tires installed on the rear and requested an alignment too. After a week, and every excuse possible, I got my car back.

2 days and 75 total miles later, I bring the car to a specialized high performance shop for some additional upgrades where I discover that the alignment was not done correctly and the brake lines were never flushed, even though Porsche Chandler charged me for both.

Now their quality control people call and ask how the service was and I told them exactly what happened or in this case did not happen. James, the service manager, calls me a few hours later, where he started making excuses right off the bat and left it with "let me look into it further and I'll get back to you". That was 10 days ago with no follow-up. I called him today and basically got the same run around with no resolution or taking any responsibility.

I will be following this up with getting the attorney general's office involved, filing a complaint with the BBB and all other remedies until Porsche owns up to their misleading and deceptive businesses practices.

To all future customers, verify that they did what they said they did so you don't get taken advantage of as I did.

If I could give ten stars, I would. We found a used vehicle online that was located at Porsche Chandler. We inquired, and Rick Mosely was very quick to respond. We were doing extensive research, and it took us a while to decide exactly what kind of vehicle we wanted. Rick was great about keeping me informed, without being pushy or 'salesman' like.
When we decided we wanted the RAV4, it was still available. I corresponded with Rick, and also Karen in finance. They both went above and beyond to get the deal done in a timely manner. We picked up our beautiful vehicle today, and couldn't be happier.
Thank you to everyone who had a part in our experience, but especially Rick, who took great care of us!

I would not recommend bringing a car here for service. They have had my car for over four months and yet I cannot get a phone call to give me an update. I feel like I have to harass their service department for someone to call me back, which isn't the customer service I would expect from a luxury brand. For example, I was told on 8/25 my car would be done 8/27 and that they would call me. They didn't and when I called, they wouldn't return my calls. Called the next week on 9/1, no call returned. I had to call three times on 9/9 to be told that I would get an update on 9/10, and I didn't. This is just two weeks of what all summer has been like. If you get Mike L.as your service advisor, I highly recommend asking for someone else who wont promise you call backs that never happen.

I want to take the time here to shout out to the great staff at Porsche Chandler. Specifically Mike Leis and Chris Paulken. You couldn't get a more caring person than Mike who has helped me with my car for years and years. Mike goes the extra mile to make sure you and your car are looked after. He takes the time to explain things and works hard for you. And I just met Chris and his work in sales was fantastic and also caring and supportive. The recent car buying purchase was attentive and kind. In a world of too much information on the internet I hope this review gets to them and the rest of the staff. Thanks again guys. I look forward to the many years ahead coming to you with my cars.

I recently placed an order from the parts department. I had the European part number and did not know. I placed the order via email because I live in Michigan. Tyler from parts emailed and told me that the part was European and did all he possibly could to find the correct part in the US. He found the correct part and sent it immediately. He went above and beyond IMO to help me out. I am disabled and own a Porsche and just want others to know what a wonderful parts department this location has.

Just bought a Taycan. It's my second car from the same Chandler sales representative, Adam Frank, who has gone above and beyond in service level - extending into post sale service. The sales manager, Hayden, was also great. I strongly recommend you talk to Adam.

Jered Schager always comes in clutch and is easily the best in any industry.

We have been to every dealer in the valley and Jered and their team always come in clutch and have the best Customer service out there.

Called the dealership twice, was on hold for 15 minutes before anyone even picked up the phone.each time. Consequently NEVER spoke to a human. I will go anywhere else.

Update: yes that’s the number I used. You have totally missed the mark. Ridiculous customer service on this type of product.

I recently purchased a 2020 911 from Chandler
I purchased the vehicle through internet sales, as I do not live in AZ (mistake). The sales person was responsive and knowledgeable
Dealing with the Finance staff post sale is a complete nightmare. They will not assist me in retrieving the correct documents to register my vehicle. After 6 week and several call and emails, Im still without documentation
After spending over 100k, I would expect better customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from Chandler if you live out of state

A big thank you to Kyle in service We live in a small town in Colorado and the other Porsche shop in Scottsdale could not Schedule a 25 minute fix on a recall situation for over two weeks. Kyle fit us in, we waited less then an hour and boom we were done. I have been a Porsche owner for for over 30 years And this is the type service Porsche is known for. I know where I will be servicing my cars in future. Thank you Chandler Porsche.

Very rude evening staff however the manager contacted me to speak with me about the experience and was very professional and polite and made every effort to make it right awesome thanks for caring about the experience people have there

Had an engine warning light on after driving from OKC. Talked on the phone w/ Ken (service) to schedule an appointment. They were able to put my mind at ease. Got a loaner so I could enjoy my vacation with my grandchildren. Got the repairs done sooner than expected. AWESOME JOB with a captial A!
