Port Royale Apartments, Sierra Vista AZ

We've been here for 3 months, and we are all so happy that this is where we ended up. Not only have all the neighbors we've met so far been so friendly and welcoming, but the management staff has been the best we've ever encountered. They've been incredibly patient, kind, friendly, and helpful with everything. They're also so quick to respond to any messages we send them. Every time we've been in the office everyone there is always smiling, happy, and willing to help or answer any questions we might have. They all seem happy to do it too; they never seem put out. I have never dealt with such a friendly management staff before. They are AMAZING here!
When it comes to the maintenance team here I have only good to say about them as well. They are SO quick to respond, and fix any issue that comes about. When I say quick I mean it. Our washer flooded after hours, so I called the after hours emergency maintenance number, left a message, and they called me back immediately. The guy said he'd be here in 10 minutes, and he made it here at exactly 10 minutes from the time I spoke to him on the phone. They get here when they say they will, they're all friendly, and they're quick about getting anything fixed when needed and they're genuinely good at what they do. Their names are Eddie, Jimmy, and Omar.
All in all literally everything here that we've come across so far has all been great! We highly recommend choosing Port Royale if you're looking for an apartment to move in to.

We moved in a few weeks ago and so far it's been a great place. The views from our unit are ridiculously awesome. Saw a tweaker dumpster diving and called the office they handled it asap. It's quiet, clean and in order. It feels good to come home after a hard day at work and not have to deal with obnoxious neighbors.

Great location that gives the feel of seclusion while being minutes from shopping and restaurants. Staff is attentive to any concerns and the upgrades are beautiful. Heated pool year round and ever resident that I’ve seen is courteous and pleasant to talk with. This is one of the nicer complexes to live at if not the best in Sierra Vista

I placed a work order on 16 May 2022 regarding changing my air filter and the kitchen faucet had a slow drip. The maintenance person changed my filter and ended up changing my water faucet. Both processes were handled in a timely manner. The maintenance person was very courteous.

After only 2 months of living here at Port Royale Apartments, I am very happy with my decision to move here. They maintain their property well, they respond to work orders very fast, the amenities are very nice and the staff are very friendly and one of the most professional apartment staffs I've ever dealt with. And I have lived in apartments all over the country due to my military service. I highly recommend Port Royale to anyone looking for a nice luxury apartment. They are just as advertised and well worth the price!

The apartments are generally nice and the common areas are well kept. I had a lot of trouble dealing with the staff when I moved in, and now there is new staff that has proven difficult too. My rent has gone up almost $400 in less than a year, and I was charged about that much in late fees when they raised my rent without notification. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they didn't even apologize for their mistake. I wouldn't recommend living here.

I rented here from July to December 2021 while station at Fort Huachuca based on many recommendations from colleagues. They could not have spoken truer words. Port Royale as a facility is top notch and I never had any issues accessing the amenities they provide. I have gone ahead and recommended it to all my work colleagues who will be in Sierra Vista in the near future

Great Complex, and beautiful. Neighbors can be a little noisy with surround sound but other wise its a very quiet comfortable area.

Nafesah has been a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this community, they are extremely easy to work with.

We have lived here for a little over one month and couldn't be happier. The leasing/management staff have been so friendly and helpful in all steps of the move in process. We felt welcomed from the moment we stopped by for a visit when we were deciding on where to live when we moved into town. We have also had a few issues for maintenance and they responded within one day and fixed/replaced everything. They too were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the entire apartment complex. We highly recommend Port Royale.

Highly recommend this apartment complex if your looking in the Sierra Vista area. I was very please with the customer service and communication provided to me by leasing agent Nafesah Williams. Rents are affordable and the property is clean. Their maintenance team was also very efficient when it comes to responding to work orders and also fixing the small issue that I had.

If I could give this place 1 star I would. Scotia is a terrible money hungry management company that illegally creates charges out of thin air while living in the community and upon move out. Oh and watch out military they prey on you the most. COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST DO NOT RENT HERE

My only problem is that not all the rooms look the same. When shown the model room, it was 10 times nicer than the one I got. So it’s like expectation vs reality. Basically false advertising. And I had asked her if the apartment I was getting, would have carpet. She said No it would not have carpet and first day I walked it, I had carpet. I was furious. For the amount of money I’m paying, I would expect all the rooms to be the same as the model room shown to me. If I would’ve known, I would not have chosen to live here. I can’t wait to leave. I will not recommend to others.

We were trying to relocate and paid all the fees.
But they will send an automated verification question.
Be careful because you will get a question like, what state did your social security card get issued in? You will have all of seven minutes to answer.
If you get the question wrong you will be denied and out $300.
I was born in one state but did not realize my social security card was issued in a completely different state.
Seems like that question would be for my parents.
It was a blessing because we found another place much cheaper and nicer.

First off, there is an issue with dog poop running rampant throughout the complex…. People don’t pick up after their pets and it’s not enforced. Secondly, there are kids that roam the complex constantly without any supervision, that is more of a parental issue than organizational issue, but just forewarning.

That being said, the maintenance team was quick and professional, their response time isn’t the quickest but that is because they are understaffed, however they fixed all deficiencies in one visit! Awesome service!

Just moved in last week and I am nothing but impressed with the level of professionalism held by the leasing office. Even after moving in they continue to ask if I need help with anything or have any questions when I encounter them around the facility.

The apartment I moved into was extremely clean and you couldn't tell anyone had lived there before I did.

I had a minor maintenance issue a few days after arriving and the maintenance staff was knocking on my door to help within almost an hour.

The grounds are so well kept and everyone seems to respect each other. Its very quite and free of road noise.

I have and will continue to recommend Port Royale as a home for anyone moving to the area.

The only thing was the cold air didn’t fully activate until the thermostat and breaker were reset. But it works beautifully and the maintenance man who was called out to help me out was extremely courteous and friendly. I feel bad that he had to fix something on the weekend.
