Our family got new insurance and Rebecca (insurance coordinator) was having a hard time verifying it. I called my insurance company myself and we did a three way call with Rebecca to go over all our benefits. I was completely embarrassed and shocked at how rude she was with the insurance company. So much so that I asked her to stay on the line after the insurance company hung up so I could talk to her about it. I asked her to cancel my appointment because of it, and she hung up on me! When I realized I didn’t catch her name and had to call back she was rude again! My family loves Dr. Kennedy, but we aren’t supporting a company when his staff is rude to someone just doing their job.
