We purchased a used Honda CRV from Precision Auto in Tucson while we were in Washington state as we were driving down in our RV and needed a car upon arrival. We have owned a number of CRVs and wanted to get a familiar car. Although it was a little scary buying sight unseen, we had various phone calls and paperwork was exchanged via internet and money wired. We felt safe knowing they had a good reputation and warranty.
We picked up the car after arriving in Tucson and all seemed well. However, after a day or so of driving the car felt a little off with steering and braking. We went to a local Firestone tire and brake service and discovered that the tires had been mounted incorrectly (Inside of tire was facing out) and the rear pads were worn down more than the front which we knew. Firestone wanted to do a master cylinder flush, but we had them hold off on everything and we called Precision to inquire about how to proceed.
They asked us to bring the car back and they would make it right. They also pulled up the work order on what they had done previously and discovered that the mechanic that had worked on our car has since been let go for poor quality work. They replaced all the tires with new Toyos, replaced the rear brake pads and provided a loaner car for the day the work was being completed.
The car drives great now and we really appreciate that Precision was honest and made things right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car in the Tucson area. Thank you Precision Auto!

My car was brought in a few times here. The quality of their ac recharge was not good. And them telling us they "think" all the problem areas were checked but there could be more makes no sense, I brought it in for you guys to check to see. But I guess that's the way you keep customers coming back. By half way fixing the problems and then recharging me for the same ones that should have been fixed in the first place. $750 later and they treated us like we don't matter. It's highly disappointing to say the least. I will not be coming back

Dawn and Tim at Precision Auto Sales of Tucson are THE BEST people to work with when purchasing a used vehicle. Dawn was helpful and honest. Tim was patient and trusting. I feel soooo good about my car purchase from their business. I highly recommend calling Precision Auto Sales when you are ready to begin your due diligence prior to purchase. You will be happy you gave them a call.

Buyers BEWARE. After being told everything was good on the vehicle I was interested in buying I headed down to purchase my car with excitement. Upon getting there, the car wasn't ready as promised and I noticed the tires were DRY ROTTED. The sales person there, Dawn, proceeded to tell me she was a service writer for years and that she would recommend the tires be replaced in six months. I asked, so you want me to buy a car and then come back to buy tires in a few months? Completely unacceptable. When you advertise a car being thoroughly gone through and checked out but neglect something so obvious as the tires it really raises a red flag to me. They advertise they only use OEM parts but this is simply not true. They tried to make me buy a car that was not safe for my child and many of the parts used to "repair" the vehicle were used. I'm not always against used parts but cutting corners on something like tires would really make me second guess the workmanship on the entire thing. I offered to split the difference of tires with them to no avail. The “parts manager” seemed to find his way into the deal and think he could also bully me and make me feel crazy for expecting my new to me car to have good tires on it! The tires were not only dry rotted but the tread was also all chewed up. A simple solution would have been replacing bad tires, instead I’m out the cost of traveling from Phoenix and back because of the dishonesty and lack of ability to correct the situation.

If you are brave enough to come to this dealer do your homework and use your senses because it is obvious that this dealer is cutting corners and trying to foot you the bill of a repair after buying the car. I've worked in dealerships for over a decade and find it offensive that they would advertise a car in better condition than most and it doesn't even so much as have road worthy tires. SHAME SHAME.

Purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna and to say the least this will be the first vehicle of my fleet to get traded back in as soon as possible and have only had it 2 and a half months. And I've had to come in consistently to get things looked at. Winshield wipers were not placed back on the vehicle properly after they put a new windshield in. Antenna was stripped out and flew off. Showed no accidents. But after one week of ownership the whole front bumber came completely loose on the freeway and was evident they just patched it together to sell it (bumber looks like its been smashed in and pulled out and all the retainer clips for the bumper were broken). It needed a battery first week of ownership. It needed an alignment receiving ownership. And still stuck with a shake at freeway speeds when I've told them i took it to another shop and they couldnt align it cause the tie rods are bad they just did a old school alignment and told me what do you expect its a used vehicle. Its very clear they do a good detail and poor mechanic work I won't be back for any services or future vans as I was hoping to find a small mom and pop dealership to stock my fleet I came here because of the reviews showing five stars. Now five thousand miles later stuck with having to replace 4 tires and inner and outer tie rods. Also what shop puts rear pads on a vehicle and doesnt resurface the rotors? Or sells a vehicle with warped front rotors. These vehicles are barely looked over and thrown on the lot. This place is super sorry. Thanks for supplying me with the worst van of my fleet. So glad I purchased a warranty through my credit union and i'll have a real shop get this taken care of.

Bought a 99 civic here about 2 years ago and I’m only writing this review because I’m really upset that they did not disclose that there has been body work done on the car. I started sanding to paint the car a different color only to find bondo underneath base coat on the front left fender and left side of front bumper and bumper tabs were broken and being held on by zip ties, also idk what they did to the paint but whatever they put on it wore off and the car basically had no clear coat but they made it look like it did. Would not recommend doing business here but if you do get a paint thickness meter and check all panels.

Dawn is absolutely amazing. No pressure, no breathing down your neck. I needed something better on gas mileage and they had exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely go here next time I need a vehicle and I will tell everyone I know to go there when they need a new vehicle.
