They did a great job fixing up our SUV after being in an accident. They always kept us updated on the progress they were making.

The paint repair workmanship was excellent. However, the service was slow. And further, the reassembly of the front bumper cover was poorly executed. There was nearly a 1/2” gap between the fascia and the hood. When I questioned it, the initial response was “there is no
Adjustment possible and that’s how it was when you brought it in”. When I showed proof otherwise, the manager sent
The car back to the body shop for adjustment. Frustrating to wait a month for a repair and then to have to debate about doing the job correctly. Bottom line is I would not go back nor would I recommend to others In the future.

Provided an estimate of collision repairs that was far more accurate than the insurance company’s franchise company.

My car got rear ended so I needed a trunk and back bumper replacement which also requires the side panels to be replaced. The parts kept going on back order which was frustrating but not their fault. Once they got the parts the estimated finish date also kept getting pushed back with little communication. That was the only annoying part. Other than that, my car looks great and they vacuumed it out which was nice
