Best Dentists office I have ever been to. Everyone there is very friendly. They all make you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

The staff is always so friendly. Romi (Front Office) treats you with a smile. Tasha (The Hygienist) is so gentle and Dr. Goates is professional and listens to your concerns. Great office!

Dr. Goates and Krista are the BEST! My wife and I have been patients of theirs since approx 2010 and the service and rapport has been amazing since day one.
Our teeth are beautiful and when there is an issue - we receive excellent care that goes above and beyond the traditional service. Some people care and love what they do and it shows in their work… this is the case for Dr. Goates and his team.

Best dental care in the East Valley! Dr. Goates and his staff are professional and easy going. It’s obvious the staff enjoys working together, which makes the atmosphere very friendly. And, if you’re like me and don’t really enjoy going to the dentist because of childhood nightmares “in the chair, ” then this office is especially for you.

It was a very good first appointment, Dr Goates was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly evaluated my situation. I plan to return later in the month for a new crown.

Went in for 2 cavities. I have an excessive amount of anxiety due to Novacaine injection. Susanne was absolutely amazing. It hardly hurt! Her kindness and understanding went above and beyond! Dr. Goetz is great too, he is also so kind.

Every time I go into the office I am greeted with friendly faces! They take the time to know me and am extremely satisfied leaving the office!

I've been going to Precision Dental for years and have always had positive experiences. They are consistently friendly and professional.

First, I must admit that if it were solely my decision, I would rarely, if ever, visit a dental office. I have been to many since moving to Arizona. I can state with complete confidence, that Precision Dental is, by a wide margin, the best dental practice I have experienced in 35 years.
The front desk staff are very helpful and always greet me with a smile.
The dental hygienists sense my apprehension immediately, and are experts at answering my many questions and instilling calm. They are attentive, caring and professional.
The dentist is the heart of any practice, and Dr. Goates is an answer to prayer. He exudes a quiet confidence that calms the nerves. He listens and explains, always placing your best interest at heart. But, most importantly, Dr. Goates is a man of honesty and integrity. I want to remain positive in my review, but, I have had previous dentists suggest procedures that were unnecessary or unneeded. Dr. Goates is that diamond in the rough. I have complete trust him.
I am in no way affiliated with Precision Dental, but, I highly recommend this dental practice! You will be better and your oral health will be better for choosing them!

Susanne, my dental hygienist, was very thorough in explaining everything that was going to be done. She was extremely thorough and proficient in preparing me for the cleaning and how my gum and teeth were looking. When I met with Dr. Goates, he had all the information required for his exam. I feel that I’m in excellent hands when it comes to planning my dental plans for my mouth.

Always great experience for visiting a dental office. Clean professional. Staff friendly. And Dr Goats is the best! I used to fly back to NY. 2 x a year to my dentist I had for 40 years until I found Precision dental now I actually am happier with them

Dr. Goates and his staff are excellent. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth.
I’ve had gone through countless dentists in NJ and AZ and left because of bad experiences and Dr. Goates is definitely one of the few good ones. He spends time talking to you and is truly understanding about your needs but most importantly he listens and doesn’t pressure you into making decisions for his benefit or intimidate you into getting additional work done. To me that is what makes all the difference - treating your patients with respect and not just looking at them like dollar signs.

I’ve been coming here for the past four years and it’s been amazing. All the hygienists are really good. I tell them I want very clean teeth and I don’t mind feeling some pain or being comfortable… but they always get the results I want while making me feel very comfortable with absolutely no pain. They are great. I had to get one cavity filled and Dr. Goates made it pretty painless, even though I am afraid of needles.

Amazing staff, reasonable prices, Dr. Goates and Dr. Van Dyke are not only thorough with their diagnoses but treatment is precise as well. I’m an extremely nervous patient and I felt like both Dr’s and hygienist did a great job with making sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
