Destroyed my tire so I had to walk home and then walk back the next day but they did not charge me for the work done.

Great service, honest pricing and very friendly staff. Will definitely return for any future issues I might have.

I got the suggestion to go here from a van lifer and she was not wrong. The service here is phenomenal! I went there because the AC had stopped cooling. Came away with a working AC and a check up from head to toe for less then $100.00. Hadli, my promaster, is in great shape.

Asked for a front to back over all check up. And they went detail.
Prices very reasonable, parts readily available, ethical business practices, clean, rare to have a place of business which works with and for it's clients.

Very nice guys at the business. I have had a few vehicles serviced here now. Notice the other positive reviews and give these guys a shot, too. Professional workers, pleasant to interact with, and they seem to really know their stuff. It is harder and harder to find an honest auto shop, but they are one.

I've been coming here since 2006. They are truly honest mechanics, which sometimes can be hard to find. If it's not broken, they don't pretend to fix it. If it is broken or wearing down (like your tires or rotors), they tell you how much time you have left (so that you can budget). If multiple things are wrong, they will help you prioritize what needs to be done 1st, to keep your car safe and running, so that once again you can budget. They don't price gauge you or try to manipulate you into thinking that everything must be done right now or your car is going to stop working, like some dealerships do. In the past 15 years, they have worked on my Camry, Avalon, Altima and Forester. They have also worked on my mom's Caliber and my sister's Neon and Corolla. They are our family mechanic. I would recommend them to everyone. Also if they don't fix something, they can refer you to another person who can. They did this when I had a collision and needed an honest body shop.

Moving to a new city is great, but trying to find reliable service people can be difficult, especially with auto stuff. As luck would have it, we're only a couple miles from Precision, so they were our first choice when we had a flat tire a couple years ago. Fast forward to now, between oil changes and transmission replacements, they've handled it all for us. The team is friendly, clear, and hard-working, and we trust them above anyone else to handle our auto needs. We've never felt taken advantage of or had unwanted surprises - thanks so much Precision!
