Twice now I've gone in to get a used vehicle I've found on the Internet. I can count on reaching agreeable terms with the sales and finance team there. Be honest and upfront about your terms and financial circumstances and they'll paint you a reasonable way to achieve and get your purchase done. I'll continue to place a call to Dave Barger when I have a need or want for a used vehicle in their inventory! Don't hesitate to reach out and they'll promptly contact you back.

Update from 7/31/2023
A very clean dealership with complimentary soft drinks, water, and a variety of coffee drinks for customers. My cappuccino was the best I've had in a while! They also offer snacks for sale in the food/ drink area.
They have a nice lounge area available for customers to work or relax while waiting for their vehicle to be serviced.
The ladies' restroom was clean, and I guess the men's was as well, since it was being cleaned while I was using the ladies' room.

Awesome service! Also, we got free cappuccinos that were really good! The service guys even helped my daughter with understanding the code put out by her tire pressure gauge. Way to go!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Precision Toyota Service center for a routine maintenance service on my vehicle, and I must say that the level of customer service I received was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist.

The staff at Precision Toyota Service center went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. We had a great experience with ordering our new Prius through Precision Toyota. Their internet sales team was knowledgeable, straight to the point, and offered an efficient approach to buying our vehicle. The Prius wasn’t in stock when we placed the order this May, but they told us it would arrive between September and November. Victoria reached out August 29th to give us a heads up that our vehicle would arrive between 9/1 and 9/12.

We picked up the car on 9/8 and Precision Toyota stuck to their commitment to sell the Prius to us at MSRP with just an added $500 protection package. By contrast, Desert Toyota wanted us to pay a $6,000 mark up for the Prius. Overall we had a great experience with Precision Toyota and would highly recommend them. In fact, we’ve already recommended my brother look into buying a Sienna through them.

Precision Toyota is the best Toyota dealership in southern arizona, 100%. I took my vehicle to them to fix a factory problem. A week after service, I noticed a very minor problem that I assumed happened to vehicle while at shop. When I took vehicle in Sean helped me sort through the problem and agreed to rectify the situation. From beginning to end I was updated with what was going on and expected ETA. I received vehicle within a timely manner with issue fully resolved. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for any and all Toyota vehicles. The staff is amazing and is 100% there to keep the costumer satisfied. Thank you again Sean, and all service staff at precision Toyota of Tucson!

We bought a brand new highlander 2023, we drove the car for 1 week and the engine light and break system collision turn on, we drop off the car to the service car was there for more than a month they return the car 45 days after we drove the car a week and engine and break light turn on again, we came back because we don’t want a car that is not working properly and they want to trade in what kind of warranty do you have when you sell a car that didn’t work? Apparently service said the car is fine but the computer not and can be turn in on again every time, we need a resolution of this!

Horrible service. They try taking advantage of people and just waste peoples time. We were loyal customers and bought multiple cars. But not anymore after they tried taking advantage of me and my family. Didn’t even bother to look at our car we were turning in and just threw a low ball offer at us. They don’t care about their customers.

Wendy at the service area called me the other day to tell me that there was a recall on my Tacoma. We set up an appointment for Friday at 7: 30. It takes me an hour to drive from the east side of Tucson to Precision. I arrived at 7: 30 and at 8am Wendy called me to let me know that the parts department did not have all the parts and I would need to make another appointment. You would think that she would have checked on the availability of the parts. I have dealt with Precision Toyota for the past 30 years and have purchased 6 vehicles. This has really soured me about this service department, not really want to return. I rearranged my day at my business to accommodate the repair. I am going to check if Desert Toyota wants my business.

First time car buyer from a dealer, and I had a really good experience here. They sent me a price sheet right away, and there was only one extra fee that I asked them to remove. They were very responsive over email and text and did not make me come in for anything during the negotiation fees. When I came to pick up the car, Ivan helped me and I felt very comfortable working with him. He was genuinely nice (not over the top), answered all of my questions, and I felt no pressure from him at all. The wait time to finance was a little long that day because they were busy but he kept us updated which I really appreciated. I also felt no pressure from Mike in finance. He explained all of the numbers and forms clearly. Definitely coming back here for any future car purchases.
