Send supplies one month, ask for auto fill, not only do they NOT put you on auto fill but they loose your info! I wish I could find a different place for incontinence supplies! The wait times on the phone are atrocious! They transfer you 2-3 times and then drop the call! I've never been more frustrated!

I have called this place about a nebulizer and I was on hold for an hour yesterday and this morning they had me on hold for 15 min and then hung up on me I am not at all pleased with this company. The people who answer the phone could care less they seem so bothered. If you ask questions they get mad at you for asking

Currently on hold, it's been 30 minutes. This has been a reoccurring problem with this company. Each time I have to call in its 30+ minutes before a representative answers the phone. They are our only option in our rural area.and I guess they know it! If I could I'd switch companies.

Too much waiting, costumer service by phone or in person, rude. Also you say good morning or good afternoon and they ignore you. You cant even park near cause they will tell you to move or even ask you who’s with you. Well of course you bring your car to pick up the equipment! They’re really unprofessional

Bad customer service, they lost my prescription and personal info, is not good with HIPAA re: and definitely I will make a complaint thank you for you webside inf

I am currently waiting on the phone and have been waiting for more than an hour. I need new supplies. I call the number, go through a long long wait and the person tells me I have to be transferred to Yuma office. I am transferred. More waiting. She then tells me I need to be transferred again. I am currently waiting on that person to pick up. They keep telling me they are experiencing high call volumes. I have never called the and not heard the same thing. Once you get the person you are actually supposed to get, they seem competent. Just make sure you have an hour or two to spare.
