My experience with Michelle was good. She took time to explain what was involved. She also listened and answer ed my questions. I love the apap and my insurance pays for everything.

I met my out of pocket with my insurance company. Nobody charges me but this company. Get it together

If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
We have been waiting for a wheelchair, a response, a we don’t need or want your business.anything for 4 days. Already waiting 4 days and she tells me someone will call me Monday, that would be another 4 days. And because I was upset in the phone the woman hung up on me. My husband needs this equipment it’s not a want, it’s a need, so yes I get to be upset. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

This company has gotten horrible. We’ve been with Prefered Homecare for 9 years minus the one year they switched us to Corum. Corum was pretty terrible so we were excited to back with preferred. What a joke. Every month there’s a problem with my daughters order. We never get her deliveries on time so we end up running out of her nutrition supplies every single month. They were supposed to send out a new pump in December, it’s almost may and we still don’t have it. Employees in the call center are rude and act like they could cate less. Only person who has been pleasant is the poor delivery truck driver. The company has gone terrible. If we didn’t have to use them I wouldn’t. Sad they went from a company who we loved to one we despise.

Ugh, terrible. Run away and find another provider for any medical equipment you need. They do not know how to communicate or actually even answer the phone. Appointment times are switched on you without notice and staff is rude.

I could write book on how unprofessional this company is. On one occasion I had to have the office of my Pulmonary specialist to intervene.
I was talked to so hateful by one male tech. One incident after another.

Preferred homecare is a caring company. The staff are really nice, friendly, and outgoing. They help with your supplies & understand your needs. I’m greatful for them.

I do not recommend this home health for patients. I called in on Thursday O tober 25th to make sure I got my refill tanks to travel with. Well Monday passed and not refills on travel tanks. So I call to check on my order and they are stating I never called to place order. Thank they will not be able to send out my travel tanks until Wednesday after 1: 00 pm. Well that will not do me any good doctor appt in am. Very rude and not helpful at all. Supervisor would not talk to me at all. Patient does their job but perferred fails on there end. Very unhappy.

Have been getting my medical needs from Co.for over 8 yrs. They have been helpful and professional since day one. Life Solutions/Preferred Homecare has gone out of their way to get services set up out of state for me to spend time with my family. It does take time to get through on phone to order recently. But our health care system is overwhelmed due to so many people in need of supplies. Will continue getting my medical needs from this company since I highly recommend them.

The most rude unprofessional agency I've dealt with. The excuses are, 'we're a big company. ', extremely long hold time, rude employees. Horrible, gives medicine a bad name.

Horrible customer service, takes advantage of patients in need. Will bill you and tell you they will refund the money after billing insurance or after you return the item before the prepaid billed amount (ie rent for 6 days will refund the difference should you return it early) but never refunds your money. Called several times to complain and ask for a refund and management doesn't return calls nor do they refund your money. Horrible customer service. Will never use this company again. A bbb complaint has been made.

I've seen some negative reviews for Preferred, but every time I've given them a call they are courteous and extremely helpful, I live in Casa Grande and they will deliver ; I wasn't aware of that service and the girls let me know. Thank you! Preferred. I recommend.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!
I wish I could give negative stars! My baby daughter is in need of an SVN treatment for her RSV, but they failed to deliver it in the 4 hour time frame window or even on the same day! It's been 2 days and they still can't find time to deliver it and they want us to drive from the far west valley to pick it up in Tempe or have it shipped which will take a week! We ended up buying one out of pocket from her pediatrician so my poor baby didn't have to suffer any longer. They have no compassion for their patients and their situations. I am an RN and this is the worst medical company I've ever come into contact with. If you can, use a different supply company!

I attempted to set up a delivery four times for a SVN machine for my son. The first time I was told the delivery driver would call me to arrange a time.he did as he was standing at my front door when I wasn't home. I called back and after a lengthy hold spoke to someone who said he would send the driver back out. I very specifically told them when I would be home since I had to drop an older child off somewhere.the driver showed up again when I wasn't home. I called a third time and spoke to a supervisor in another department who said the delivery would be sent out again but that they couldn't guarantee the time. I waited all night. The next morning I called, again I asked for a supervisor, again I got a run around and was eventually patched through to a non-working VM. Given the fact the SVN machine was supposed to be used to help my very sick child BREATH I would think that the company and it's employees would take their jobs a little more seriously and try to do a better job to provide good care. As a pharmacist I am appalled and the pathetic excuses, customer service this company has! I called our pediatrician's office and complained and fortunately for my son they were able to make other arrangements for us.

Failed to deliver a breathing monitor for my 1 month old daughter. When I called to ask why Megan the supervisor was very rude. "The monitor does not replace the parent " Unbelievable that as a parent with a sick child you should have to deal with such insensitive unreliable management.

When a member in delivery heard this they rushed into action. He called and got the machine on its way review will be edited

My Dr faxed my cpap order in and a week later I call and they don't have a document and failed to request it. Then one the documents was too dark and again they didn't notify my Dr several days later. The first lady I talked to was rude but I thought okay I have bad days too. The next guy was really rude. So they are rude, disorganized, and don't care about customers is my take. Getting my cpap anywhere but here.

Great customer service! Will drive the extra 12 miles for supplies then deal with rude service from Apria Healthcare. Over all great experience with preferred homecare.
