Do not use this Center. I was charged a $25.00 no show fee and have never even been seen by a Doctor or a Physician Assistant at this facility. Called the Center and spoke with a person by the name of Shannon who was very rude and nasty just trying to get the $25.00 dollar charge removed! I plan to report them to Medicare and to the Better Business Bureau of Arizona.
