Very rude and disrespectful could’ve gave more time to get things ready to leave don’t clean bathrooms hair all over the shower bugs crawling out of the drains. Don’t recommend, very unsatisfied.

I'd give a better score however i thought the door in my room was a closet turns out its to another guests room. I'm glad i never opened it.

Was 3pm and could not get a room because none were cleaned yet! Poor hotel, save your money and go anywhere else but here! A lot of sleeze loitering outside as well. Very low quality!

I do NOT recommend this hotel, my cousin was visiting and we were only staying for a couple days, we had to go to three different rooms because they were all disgusting, we finally found one bearable and as we left i found out i had lice RIGHT after staying in the dirty room, it was a no smoking room but the entire room reeked of cigarettes and coming from someone with asthma this was horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND?

I cannot believe their terrible service at the front desk at check in. We had a reservation and paid in advance, and we were made the stand in a line outside for twenty minutes. Unacceptable.

I was kicked out 1 hr after checking in with no refund. After being told if I was to be evicted there would be no refund why would theytell me that I clearly see the siggns posted. Why would I pay atteb ion to them they are everywhere

Nasty rooms, oldest model tv I've seen in yrs. Tub stained all over. Mattress looks like they where brought in from the city dump. I just left didn't even fight for my money back.

This place is very filthy. Every room smells horrible and there were roaches in every single room that I’ve stayed in. Pets allowed but please what ever you do don’t leave your pet in the room alone or you’ll be thrown out in the middle of the night while its pouring down rain, thundering and lighting!

Freaking dump. Sleep on your car or next to a dumpster it would be better, drug addicts knocking on your door, can't walk to the parking lot with out getting hit up for money or ciggarettes. Only 1 star because you have to give one

The staff treats you rude if you look ragged. They overcharge you and then try and tell you whonyou can have over and who you cant and try to set a curfew. HELLO I PAID FOR THAT ROOM. Its because of us you have a job. Don't stay here unless its a last resort.

Location and price is only plus.
Carpets smell like mold and ciggs
paint and tile peeling everywhere.med sized roach crawled out within 2 hrs of being here. I REPEAT THEY HAVE ROACHES!

My tv didnt work at all and they are charging $8 for 2 bars of 1.5mb wifi (credit card only.)

This place is terrible. The white lady in front office is outta control rude and unprofessinal. I would give negitive stars if i could. Motel 6 is like the Ritz compaired to this place.

The rooms could use a little renovating, at least a coat of paint would help. You cant beat the price usually. The location is very convenient, close to freeway as well as shopping and restaurants.

Its a good buy for the nightly price. Great Location. Recent upgrades have been done and have made it safer in regards to the parking lot structure. Management works hard to handle any problems accordingly to keep happy customers. The location is a PRIME spot in all aspects.

The rooms are ok. Not very fancy at all. There was a lot of foot traffic and loud fighting from other guests.

They seem to have a lot of plumbing problems so far we have had to change rooms twice because of plumbing problems

Don’t go here. Worse place ever. They had bed bugs and kicked us out when we mentioned them without a refund. I repeat do yourself a favor and skip this place. It’s so disgusting.

As far as customer service no complaints if I needed to switch a room because of AC going out or refrigerator not working no problem but for the price we paid for a room there should have been better upgraded quality.

1 star for front staff being patient w all the complaints. Yeah they have heard em all. This place sux. If u pay a pet deposit take pics before you leave, they will flat out lie say the room was a mess & keep your deposit. Even after insecting your room w a clipboard, not say a word to you (because they are lying). Scam artist, all cheap hotels are scam artists.
