They’re are the best! My first appointment they took pictures and X-rays & put my braces on the same day! They’ll also work with you if you miss any payments. They take care of their patients as much as they can it’s amazing & the staff is so nice love Adri!

I AM IN AGONY! These Invisalign trays have left open sores in my mouth! I don’t know what to do I was notified by any of them that this would happen. I hate these things! No one will help me!

I was late to our appointment and they so graciously fit us back into the schedule. We are scheduled to start my sons braces journey next month! Monthly payments and upfront cost is important for our family! It was nice to see when other dentists you never know what the cost is in comparison to other places.

As soon as I walked in it was very clean pleasant and warming. I was greeted with a smile. Dr. Kothari and Jahaira the treatment coordinator was very professional, patient, and answered all my questions. My payment plan was exactly what I was able to afford and they saw fit to be considerate to what was affordable for me. I walked out very happy and pleased we were well taken care of and my son was comfortable with all the staff

Love this office and the people there. They are always friendly and helpful. Get coffee and a cookie and relax while your child is getting their work done. Lots of room in the waiting area. My son as always happy there too and especially when he leaves with his icee:)

Update to my review: I called because my sons bottom metal brace came off and they said I cannot get in on a Saturday because it is changed and now reserved for platinum members. I guess I’m not paying to be platinum since my son is done with his ortho care. I loved while we were a customer, but the after care tells me a lot too. I will find a new place for my other sons braces!

Their hours are very convenient. They are open later than many other offices and on Saturdays, making appointments more available to school students and working parents. The staff is very friendly and the offices are clean too!

Premier is a great company, they keep everything up front, no hidden cost or fees. I have recommended them to all my sisters and friends at work. This place goes out of their way to help families, no matter what you come in with. They do all they can! The whole office makes you feel like you are apart of their family and just comfortable to be there. My kids love all the staff in the back. The back office find ways to relax everyone as they work on your teeth. Then Ryan is an amazing Coordinator, so pleasant and just over all a kind hearted person. The company will go a long way if they find more people like him and the back office. Just over all amazing people. Hard to find that many in one office. Makes you look passed any price they give you, because the customer service there is beyond amazing. Its definitely worth it. 100%!

I love this place I feel like iam home when I'm there it doesn't feel like a orthodontic office it is actually home they have slushy water bottle internet pens Chapstick and the best part is they bake us cookie Straight out of the oven fresh hot thanks to all the staff there Specially for taking care of my daughter teeth i love you all

I love this Ortho office! I have had my braces on for two years and everyone there is so friendly and caring. They explain treatment well so you always know what is happening at each appointment. Definitely recommend!
