All 3 of my kids got braves through Premier. Staff is always friendly and welcoming- they’re knowledgeable and helpful through the process.

When I walked in there for my first appointment, Dr.cole and financial assistant was so helpful to help me create my gorgeous smile. As having kids teeth shifting and not wearing my retainer after high school. In a short time I will have my smile back. And both of my older boys will be starting their journey with braces soon. So I definitely recommend in this office if you’re looking for good quality clean environment and helpful. And a place to listen to your concerns without any judgment.

Premier orthodontics is great! My teen and my pre-teen love all the people that do the adjustments on their braces and also love the cookies they have for after their appointment. Everyone is so kind here, thank you!

Myself and my kids had an amazing experience at this office. We all have beautiful smiles now because of Dr. Coles and his wonderful staff. I had a horrible overbite and showed a lot gums when I smiled. With Dr. Coles treatment my bite was corrected and he also recommended doing a little laser to the gums so that way I wouldn’t show so much gums when I smile. The laser was so worth it! I don’t show a bunch of gums when I smile now. I have so much confidence when I smile now. No more covering my mouth when I’m laughing either. I get so many compliments on my smile now. I feel like a new person. Before I moved to Arizona, I took my youngest daughter for an orthodontist consultation in NY and they said she would be in braces for 24 to 36 months which I thought was crazy. Under Dr. Coles care she only had her braces on for 17 months and she’s so confident and happy when she smiles now. I’m so happy that I chose premier orthodontist for me and my family. Dr. Coles is truly amazing. If you need braces this is the place to go to, you will not be disappointed.

I came across Premier Orthodontics around 2019-2020 and it was during the time of COVID, mind you I’m a college student, I was convinced they could help me be confident within my smile because I had a small gap I wanted to close. Prior to coming to Premier, I went to Woolaver Ortho and had braces for 3years, which was great! However, at the time I didn’t have the funds to see them, again. Fast forward to 2022 and I got my braces removed, not only did my gums react to the chemicals being used during the process but a week after my braces being removed I noticed I had an overbite (which I didn’t have prior to coming to Premier) but my gap did close, however now I have a new problem. I also realize they stopped contacting me about making payments and I just called in and apparently this office was not open until 8 then they said they would have someone contact me, Which has never had before when I still had my braces. I rarely ever make ratings and I honestly would not recommend this place, more so because the quality is poor.
