As usual, it is a pride to go to Dr. K's dental office. Even Kelly, the painless tooth scraper, was in exact form as become the rest of the personnel.

Now I know why people hate the dentist. I, personally, have always loved going to the dentist, and getting my teeth cleaned, until today. The dentist herself was great. The hygienist was horrible. She said something along the lines of "have you ever gone this long without a cleaning before" (admittedly, it had been a year), when I answered yes, she said "you must be used to your teeth being this bad". I have never had a cavity in my life, including the dentist's report from today's visit. The hygienist, however, managed to see a "cavity" in the x-rays she is definitely not qualified to diagnose. The dentist asked me to come back in a month to diagnose how quickly tartar forms, but the hygienist didn't bother doing a full cleaning (despite the fact that I paid for a cleaning and full scaling) since I will be coming right back. Of course I will have tartar in 30 days, the hygienist didn't do her job today. I'd love to come back when you hire a new hygienist.

Stephanie K Dentistry is a wonderful place with wonderful employees. I had Kelly work with me and she was professional and kind and made me feel at ease with the services I had. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great dentist.

My review of this dentistry remains unchanged, now 3 years later. Thanks to Kellie and her attention to detail, patience, and understanding with my not ever completely "loving" my visit to the dentist. She is wonderful with me and great at what she does. 3 years later, I continue to go see her for amazing care. Thank you!

First off, I am one of those people that typically hate the dentist! I always delay putting off the dentist because of previous bad experiences. However, I just visited Dr. Schwei and her team for the first time and they were PHENOMENAL. I was warmly welcomed right after I entered the office. The office is stylish, calming, and well decorated. The sign-in process was simply and I was immediately brought back for my tooth cleaning. No wait time!:) The hygienist was kind and genuinely cared about creating a good dental experience for me. She informed me of what she was doing before she did anything (which I really appreciate), she made sure I was comfortable, and was very gentle with the cleaning. At the end, my teeth have never been cleaner! Dr. Schwei came in to evaluate my X-rays and oral health, and she was incredibly professional, compassionate, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She took time to answer my questions, I never felt rushed, and she gave an honest evaluation of my oral health. I am thrilled to have found my new dentist here in Phoenix and I could not recommend Dr. Schwei and her team more highly!

I love all the staff there, everyone in their own way make you feel welcomed and they are so courteous, Kelly she does my cleaning and she is awesome, she makes sure you get the cleaning you deserve. Melissa goes the extra mile for you to make you feel special, Victoria she welcomes you with a beautiful smile always and she is so sweet.and what can I say about the doctor she is beautiful, so humble, and makes sure you are well taken care of.this is the dentist? I have been a patron of dentistry for several decades and I've had lots of work done. I've been to many dentists and dentistry practices in my life and seen it all, good and bad. But I've never patronized a practice that provided such exceptional service from top to bottom. Dr. Schwei delivers the perfect blend of professionalism and relaxed, compassionate service. Kellie, my dental hygienist, is hands-down the best I've ever experienced. Melissa, the practice administrator, goes *way* above and beyond in service to the patient. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with smiles and treated like an old friend or family member. Treatment recommendations are conservative and considerate, and they have plenty of options to ensure the comfort of nervous patients. They handle all my insurance claims for me, so I never have to worry about it. If you're looking for a great dentist in Phoenix, I strongly recommend Premier Valley Dental.

I have been seeing Dr Schwei since she took over from Dr Kethcart. She is an excellent dentist. In the past I dreaded going to the dentist - now I really enjoy it! Very hi-tech and she cares for each one of my teeth! Her office staff is also delightful and dependable. If you are afraid of going to the dentist - make at appointment with Dr Schwei - you will be surprised how effortless and painless dentistry can be.

I can’t say enough nice things about this office! From Dr. Schwei being extremely skilled, so professional, personable, and so very sweet, to Melissa the awesome front office staff and the amazingly thorough hygentist Kellie! Everyone here rocks and I always look forward to my apt’s w/ this office! I left my previous dentist because they were always nickel & diming me. I’m so grateful I did, because Premier Valley Dental has been the exact opposite.

I am really pleased with the experiences I have had with Dr. Schwei and her staff. About a month ago, I had a minor dental crisis and she was so reassuring and accommodating. She was very concerned about my comfort and was very clear about my options; giving me the opportunity to make an informed choice about my treatment. Her staff members are very welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to refer her to a friend or family member.

Steer clear! Stefanie K was bought out by Premier Valley and unfortunately has gone way down hill with this change. Service is not what it was prior and because of this I have moved on to another dentist. I have to believe that they are either struggling with maintaining clients or are having financial difficulties with the recent experience I encountered. Either way, be warned! DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!

I’ve been a longtime customer of the dentist who used to own this practice, and just recently had my regular cleaning done. I was impressed by the new practice, and was glad to have my normal hygienist, Kelly, who’s always kind and super professional. I’ll gladly continue visiting Premier Valley Dental!
