I am not one to voluntarily walk in to a dental office. Have been going to Prescott dental arts for some time now! The staff is excellent! And always a pleasure to see Dr Murray. If you are looking for a Dentist. Prescott Dental Arts is the place!

Very friendly and efficient. I was nervous because I haven’t been to the dentist in ten years, but was put at ease as soon as I entered the building. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They clearly know what they are doing. I was in good hands!

This was my first visit to Prescott Dental. The girls working here are so friendly. Talking to these lovely girls was like I knew them for years. DOC Nick was very kind and easy to talk with. I never felt rushed, and he seemed very understanding of my fear of dentist. He assured me I wouldn't feel pain when he works on my teeth.
I'm 71 yrs old, and sadly, my gums are not healthy. I have seen 2 other dentists making Doc Nick my third. Same results, so I will have my teeth on the top removed. And new teeth put in its place.
It's a shame they didn't last my lifetime, but that's OK.
I have faith I will be in good hands.

I’m (was) a new patient and yesterday was my first visit. From the beginning everything was off/awkward. The receptionist was new and didn’t seem well trained. The Hygienist didn’t hardly say a word to me during the entire cleaning, except things like turn your head please. The Dentist looked like he was in his late twenties and worst of all was how rough the cleaning was! I have had my teeth cleaned regularly for over 35 years but never have I had as painful an experience. Despite my squirming in the chair she just kept going as though she didn’t even notice. And don’t be fooled by the reviews as they are lobbying for you to give them 5 stars before you even leave. I will find a new Dentist that understands the importance of serving the customer.

I had an emergency repair and the dental team at Prescott Dental Arts got me in as soon as I could arrive plus the repair was to take about two weeks and was done by day five! Very kind and understanding staff! I will continue to use Prescott Dental Arts as my go-to dentist.

Worst dental office in Prescott. They call you by the wrong name and then say they are sending you to collections. I have been to several dentist offices and have never been treated so disrespectfuly.
