Love the guys at the Prescott Valley store! Very knowledgeable & pleasant to work with.

What a fabulous display of gravel! All sizes with a wide selection of colors. The knowledgeable salesperson was pleasant and answered all of my questions. He sent me home with two bags of rock samples for my husband and I to decide which one we preferred. I'd give PD more stars if I could!

It's hard to express how happy I am with the service I received from both the Prescott Valley and Prescott locations. The teams at both locations were exceptionally helpful in assisting me with how to landscape a large lot with a difficult delivery situation.

Jordan and Travis at the PV facility gave me pointers and recommended renting a dump trailer from the Prescott facility. The Prescott team was very helpful and patient with my inexperience in hauling, and helped me set up the only trailer that I could find that would fit through the sole narrow gate to the property. Everyone was very flexible and made sure I could obtain the materials I needed from either facility quickly and efficiently.

Both teams made sure my experience with Prescott Dirt was a pleasant and productive experience.

I purchased rock and fabric to keep weeds under control. Cameron was very friendly and professional.

Have bought soil at both Prescott and Prescott Valley locations and both times their planters mix is clay soil. Does not drain water, the water sat on top of bed for 2 minutes and leaked out of side, soil underneath is dry. Do not buy.

Calvin is awesome! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone within the Prescott valley area. We didn’t end up buying from them this time around due to not being within the delivery area but the exceptional service alone made us want to come back for our next project.

I purchase 8 tons of ocean mist and 8 tons of fossil grey. The gentlemen that took care of me were professional and courteous. I was given the wrong rock when the second delivery (fossil grey) was dropped off - not Prescott Dirt's fault, as it was picked up from the manufacturer). I did not realize it in the rain, but as my husband and I began to spread it I quickly noticed it was not the right rock. I contacted Precott Dirt and the owner quickly made it right, THAT DAY (On a Saturday)! He personally delivered more ocean mist and looked at the incorrect rock. He was professional and apologised, and truly went above and beyond to get us taken care of. I am not one to complain and he did not make me feel like a nuisance or like I was inconveniencing him. A year ago I also purchased 2 tons of garden soil and LOVE IT. I will continue to go to Prescott Dirt for any of my landscaping needs! Thanks guys!
