Very friendly and knowledgeable sales and finance people. I did research and heard good things about Prescott Honda and the CR-V. Overall a very pleasant experience.

First time doing regular maintenance on my CR-V purchased in February. Couldn't have had a better experience - everyone I came in contact with was helpful and courteous. Glen McDorman was a pleasure to work with and took time to explain everything that was being done. Thanks!

If -5 stars was an option I would go with it. I don't usually do negative reviews but this one is necessary. The first clue that they are crooks was while sitting in the waiting area. A service advisor comes out and sits down next to an older lady in front of me. He proceeds to tell her she needs 4 new tires because hers are "too old. " Not worn, not to the wear bars, not weather checked, splitting, or un-repairable. Too old. Claiming they checked the manufacture date on them and said they were expired. My jaw nearly hit the floor. But it got worse. He then adds on an alignment for her because "it's necessary to do an alignment when you install new tires. " This poor old women got absolutely taken by these clowns. They have no shame at all.

Then came my turn. The first attempt was the standard "you need a transmission service, brake fluid flush, cabin filter, air filter" song and dance. Saying the transmission fluid didn't even touch the dip stick. Which is odd, the car doesn't leak a drop. Where did all that fluid go since that last service 5000 miles ago? I tell him to just top off the fluid if that's the case. He says, and I quote, "I don't think there is even a spot to add fluid to that kind of transmission. " WHAT? ! I'm at a complete loss. How does this guy have anything to do with automobile service? Evidently he
can just do the standard $500 of garbage on top of your oil change spiel. When I turned them down on all of this, knowing I can do it myself for less than $100 if it was actually needed, I must have struck a nerve. New customer with no history, let's really stick it to this guy.

10 minutes later he returns with the revelation that I need new rear drums, shoes, and wheel cylinders, total of $1486. Now, there was a new grinding noise that had started the day before in the rear somewhere. He tells me a spring came off the shoes and was rolling around in the drum. Ok, put the spring back on. Nope, can't do that he says, the wheel cylinder fell apart when they pulled the drum off and the spring ground into the drum ruining the drum and the shoes too. That's weird, if it was that bad it would have been much worse than an almost inaudible grinding noise only at idling speed. He says since everything is ruined on the left side, the right side needs done too, plus the right side "was very unevenly worn. " I tell him put it back together. Even if everything he is saying is true I can get all the parts myself for less than $150. He says I have to sign a waiver and hands me the spring. Saying if we leave it's not their fault if there is a failure on the way home. The spring he hands me is in remarkably good condition for having "ruined the drum and shoes. " I sign the paper. He sends me and my family home in a car with loose shoes in the left rear drum and a supposedly falling apart cylinder.

I get home. I pull the tire and surprisingly there is not brake fluid all over. If the cylinder had "fallen apart" surely brake fluid would have leaked all over. I pull the drum and there it is. Drum is perfectly fine, the shoes are perfectly fine, the cylinder is perfectly fine. Not a drop of leaked fluid to be found. I take the spring he gave me and take 10 seconds to put it back were it goes. I adjust the shoes and put everything back together. Go to the other side. Pull everything off. Everything is in great shape, so much for the "very unevenly worn. " Put everything back together and take it for a drive. Grinding is gone and it stops on a dime without even a tiny squeak.

In conclusion, they are crooks. Attempting to take advantage of anyone that might fall for it, like that poor old lady in the waiting room. They had the gall to send me and my family home in a car that had loose shoes in the rear drum because they wouldn't put a spring back on without adding $1500 worth of nonsense, and made me SIGN A RELEASE! All in all I guess I should give them some credit, the cabin filter did need replaced.

Tony is absolutely awesome! Every time I have dealt with him he’s; very knowledgeable, professional, takes his time answering all of my questions, makes sure I know what I’m getting into before he request my car to be worked on, and overall is a very pleasant person to deal with. Thank you Tony for always being so kind and for all of your hard work.

Timely, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable car care. The service representative was informed, a good communicator, and presented the maintenance options clearly.the vehicle drove a lot better coming out of service than going into it. Nice job!

I arrived way early as I am new to Prescott and didn't know how long it would take to get there but they took me right away. My service rep was very nice and informative.

Tony took great care of me when I came in for my oil change service.
Also, I was VERY impressed that the technicians didn't just automatically rotate my tires. Instead, they checked the tread depths and saw that a rotation wasn't necessary, saving me $10.

Had an appointment, didn't wait, was fully informed of service needed and an estimate as to when it would be finished. Work was completed in the time estimated. All were very friendly. Glen McDorman was a pleasure to work with.

My car had to be towed in. The put it in the shop and had it all fixed in a few hours. Very nice and easy to deal with and the price was very reasonable.

My entire experience with the recent purchase of my CR-V from the moment I encountered my salesperson all the way through the various steps to the completion of my purchase. I found the atmosphere and all staff to be professional, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable of their specific function. In addition, I cannot emphasize the phenomenal customer service within the Honda community.

I was informed of all that needed to be done and recapped after it was done. I understood what they were doing and they did it! Plus they helped me out with a shuttle so I could wait at home and washed my car. Tony was a great contact!
