Helpful and creative. The chuck roast roll was 3 2 1 smoked. Glazed with brown sugar, butter, molasses, crushed pecans. Perfection!

Buyer Beware! Prime Rib was rotten to the bone! Our Christmas Eve Dinner was ruined. The Owner has not returned my call. I paid $200 for prime rib.

Great quality meats and friendly staff made for a pleasant experience in this quaint little shop. They have a great variety to choose from and you know you are getting high quality food which is important!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stopped on Veterans Day, so there was no butcher on site, but lots of vacu-pac selection (fresh and frozen), and they pride themselves on a farm-to-table philosophy that considers the health and locality of the animals.
Also had seasonings and spices (good deal on saffron) as well as pre-packaged pepperonis, interesting spreads, and frozen seafood. Also poultry and game meats.
Obviously a loyal customer base as the ones in the shop were raving about the place and offering lots of helpful hints and suggestions.
With limited room in the rv fridge, we were forced to walk away with only half of what we really wanted

Smoked salmon, steaks, local sausage and pasta imported from Italy. Excellent! And the owners are very friendly and know there products. My go to for a special meal. A little pricey but well worth it.

Not only a great selection of meat but a very helpful staff and a handful of other finds like coffee and sauces! Highly recommend shopping local!

My first time there, bought some rib eyes and chicken for tomorrow night, steaks look great, can't wait to grill them babys up!

Piedmont steak! OMG best steak in Prescott. I cooked it just as suggested by the staff and it was perfect. It’s a great cut value wise and flavor wise. I highly recommend. Mexican large shrimp were also so tasty. I also really enjoy the pork chops they cut. Buy Local!

Excellent customer service. Knowledge and friendly. Steak was excellent as well as excellent salmon. Will be first choice while in Prescott.

They told me the steaks were good, they did not lie! I have had “grass fed” beef from several sources including farms in Arizona and Colorado, the steaks I got here are the best I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be here weekly. Buy local, it’s worth it in this case.

Purchased a turkey for Thanksgiving for the first time. I will be back next year as well. Best Turkey ever! Better than anything I have ever purchased at any other store or farm. Great people! Plus, I was allowed to pick out my own turkey which was an added bonus

Never again! I found nothing special and not as good as a good old Tom turkey from Frys or Safeway. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!

I have had beef, chicken, pork, and fish from here. All of it is better than most local restaurants carry. Best rib roast I have ever had.
