Prescott Resort & Conference Center

Our room on the 2nd floor (#201) had a security camera pointed directly into our room which also made sitting outside to enjoy the balcony impossible. A complete invasion of privacy! We requested a new room for our second night and we're given a room on the 3rd floor directly above a large exhaust fan that ran 24/7. We couldn't even hold a normal conversation! Again sitting outside to enjoy the cooler weather -we came solely for that purpose-was not even an option. We'll think long and hard about booking a room or suite here again. Prescott has many wonderful options for the same $$!

Rooms are large well decorated. Large enough for 4 almost like a suite. The front desk needed help. Elevators are slow but price was reasonable

Been there once and don't want to go back. From what I saw it also needs a make over. Dark and depressing. The coffee shop is not the cleanest and the furniture looks old not in a good way. There was smoking in the non smoking part of the casino and staff said nothing

This place is so run down. It took forever to check in and parking was a nightmare. We had to drive around waiting for someone to leave. They have an old abandoned tennis court wasting space and parking spots that seem to be crumbling. The doors to the rooms have about an inch of space from the floor so you can hear everything. The rooms are just as outdated and the beds aren't comfortable.they don't even have microwaves. I would never stay here again or reccomend to anyone.

Priced Right and Prescott is a wonderful town. The area is simply gorgeous and and outdoor activities abound.

Love visiting the casino whenever I am in Prescott. Great staff, good variety of slots machines and gaming tables. Very friendly slot floor staff and I can always get a drink when I want one from the beverage server. Can't ask for more than that.

Nice resort with good views of the Prescott area. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, outdoor recreation and downtown Prescott.

Overpriced for what you get. Little cafe fabulous and staff was great. Mary and Bob (bartenders) very personable. Great priced happy hour appetizers. Rooms were not impressive at all. The furniture did not even match. But seriously check out the little cafe in the casino there.

Nice rooms, security is a bit overboard. But I suspect they are maybe trying to curb some sort of drug or criminal situation maybe.

Desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. A late checkout was unavailable on a Sunday morning. Pillow cases smelled like they hadn’t been washed. Old Tv’s and very little channel selection. Unimpressed and won’t be coming back.

Very expensive without any perks, And I was charged a "privilege fee"views are great, but I could get those at any hotel. Not impressed.

It was very nice it was quiet beautiful out I had a wonderful day they're very nice but I didn't catch no fish.

Ripped chairs in “suite”, not matching bedding on beds in “suite”; little to no staff/assistance at front desk. Reception area “shop” was closed every time we walked by. Can not believe this costs what it does. Don’t be fooled by price - you’ll be happier at a chain for half the cost and closer to town.

Nice view and not too far away from the valley, great place for a weekend getaway or a work conference.or both! Food wad great and has a super atmosphere as well. Can't wait til the next event, too bad its only an annual trip up!

Beautiful view restaurant. Wonderful brunch food selections. Able to handle a large group with a reservation.

Great location for any event! Meeting rooms, entertainment, hotel, casino, gorgeous view of the city below. What more could you ask for?

The resort has everything needed, including the gym which I used several times. Your front desk receptionist Victoria made out stay extra special. She was very helpful, professional, friendly, and did it all with a smile. Kudos to Victoria. Mike & Sylvia Crume

Suzan Doran was so rude and disrespectful I am never coming back because of her! She is not professional at all and deserves to be revoked of her position.

Beautiful views in a very nice dinning room. Reasonably priced food and very good. I will go back, but not for the casino. This is the smallest casino I've seen in a while.

The Prescott Resort us absolutely beautiful. The views from the rooms look out onto Prescott valley and it is truly breathtaking. The beds are so fluffy and comfortable!
