Had what I needed without wandering around forever looking for it.workers are great at helping.

Nice store, employees are all so knowledgeable and have great customer service. Store is well organized and I always find what I'm looking for.

I love this store. So many fun things and great people. Between Ace in Prescott Valley and True Value in Prescott I could spend hours milling around!

As usual, anything to the right of the main entrance (up the ramp) the employees run away instead of asking if you need help you.
Ongoing problem for the past few years.
Getting tired of this, moving on.

The staff is always helpful and never puch you. I do not like going to the big box stores, you can never find associates there. You also don't have to walk a mile for the one thing you need.

My husband and i have been customers here for a very long time. Today my husband went in with a back pack as he was on his bike. They had 4 people following him around the store saw that he obviously didnt steal anythig and still searched his backpack after he paid for the weed eater gas we needed. Very disappointed with the privacy violation as my husband gave them no reason to think he would steal.

I like the slections at this store. They carry alot of items the big box stores don't carry. Ite n a of yesteryears us old school boys look for.

My favorite store! Always lots of help. You can get anything you need there. Why go to Home Depot where you have to beg for help?

Great little hometown store, store employees are very polite and helpful the second you walk in the store. I usually go in for pipe fittings because they have the best selection even better than the chains. They've been updating the store and its really looking good.

This is a VERY large Ace store. If you thought Ace had everything, this location will prove to have even more. And as with all Ace stores, the employees are exceedingly courteous & knowledgeable.

I love Ace because they are aces. They are family owned and treat every customer as part of their family. They are eager to help you and if they don't have it, they'll get it for you. I've been going to Ace for over ten years. They always deliver (or do their best trying). They often offer extras you can't find anywhere else. They are very much a valued part of the community.

Over priced, and way to many employees asking if you need help. A nod would be just fine, but after being asked 15 times "is their anything I can help you find? " It was quite of an akward experience.

I drove to Ace with a discount coupon but at the register with my item, found out the coupon was good only for the larger size. The cashier was kind enough to take me out into the garden area and show me where the garden soil was located, that I wanted.
So very helpful!

I really like this location, the employees are super helpful and seem to know what they are talking about. The store is not to big so it's easier to find things but big enough to carry the things you need.

EXPENSIVE! Cannot make keys that work at all, and then offer excuses. Good selection of products and helpful staff for directions to items. Did I say they are overpriced? They are!

Ace is the place. I almost always find what I'm looking for. The personnel are helpful and friendly. It's fun to just cruise the aisles.

Very friendly staff, always help you with whatever you need and answer questions. Paint mixing is great and they don't try to oversell you. Dog friendly
